Both Alice and Jacob got startled hearing George so close to them, "You heard us?" Jacob asked praying that his boss shouldn't know about his crush on Nancy .
"Yeah , I heard you guys talking about my sister, I will just say don't mess with her, she is foul mouthed and manner less", George dryly let out and Alice stared at him confused.
"I will get going now," Jacob said to Alice who nodded at him and Jacob left.
"Tell me about yourself", Alice stated staring at George whose eyes lit up hearing her,
"What you wanna know about me?" George asked stepping towards the backyard, "Everything", Alice mumbled following George.
George sat on the wooden table and Alice sat next to him.
"Let me start from beginning, I am George Walker, I am twenty-three years old , I am the owner of Aurora Crowns hotels , I have a sister who is twelve years younger than me,
My mom is in heaven and I don't have any relation with my father, he sometimes comes to meet Nancy. I have a caretaker Aunt Mia, she has seen me grow up, I am close to her,
Yeah also I have a pet dog shailo, I have always been busy with work so never got any time for relationship, I used to think that if someone will enter in my life she will try to rule over me and I am not someone who bows down or take orders from anyone,
I am emotionally distance person, I actually find it difficult to to let my emotions out, sometimes struggle to be soft spoken, you know Nancy and I used to share great bond with each other but when father left we got distant,
I get her side that she was very close to Max, our father and him going away from our life was pretty bad phase of both of our life, I tried to distract myself by burying myself in work but I neglected the fact that I had little sister to look after,

Alice stared at him for a while then she mumbled ,"You were also struggling", George glanced at her in surprise, he didn't thought Alice will even speak to him after listening to how much selfish he is that he left his sister alone struggling with everything.
"Why do you think like that?" George asked staring ahead at the grass, "I just thought from your point of view and I guess as a emotionally distant person when a lot of emotions sprawled you chose to shut down by burying yourself in work", Alice replied while playing with her fingers.
George looked at her amused thinking how did she even get that, every words Alice said were true, he didn't know how to handle emotional situation so he shut himself and just worked.
"But my actions led to the distance between me and Nancy ", George mumbled sadly, Alice side eyed him and said, "No relation can be damaged to the point that it can't be mended".
"Do you believe in second chance?" George asked softly, Alice stared at him for a while and then nodded little saying, "I do", but her eyes widened when she heard George's question
"Why can't you give second chance to yourself in love or relationship?" "None of your business", Alice stated and got up but halted when George held her wrist stopping her,
"You are going to be my life partner, everything about you is my business ", George fondly stared at Alice , Alice felt something fluttered inside her but she just shrugged it off along with George's hand which was holding her wrist.
"Hey Nancy," Alice greeted when she saw Nancy walking scrolling through her phone,
"What do you want ?" Nancy asked dryly, Alice was out of words, girl gust greeted her out of courtesy.
"Ahhh, why would I even want something from you?" Alice asked more like to her own self, "Yeah, you got my brother why would you need anything else ", Nancy said her tone downgrading towards Alice.
"Yeah, and I have her too so we are equal, and she is your sister in law so Nancy make sure you respect her", George said stepping into conversation, hearing him Nancy rolled her eyes.
"Yo- ", George was cut off by Alice who held his arm stopping him from saying anything further to Nancy.
Alice has noticed one thing about Nancy that she doesn't like when someone tells her to act accordingly, she does what she wants and don't want others to meddle in her life.
She knew that George don't like Nancys rude behaviour towards others and want her to be polite with people but it can't happen overnight.
"Nancy why don't you go and visit the garden area, it's the most peaceful place of the house", Alice suggested and to her surprise Nancy nodded and went away.
"You shouldn't be talking with her like that", Alice let out staring up at George who stared down at her and asked in whisper, "Then how should I behave with her My heaven?"
Alice ignored the nickname and replied,
" From now on try to not talk sternly with her be little polite, explain her properly, be with her, spend some time with her, most importantly communicate and understand her".
"As you say my heaven", George bowed dramatically and Alice just shook her head.
