Chapter 30 - Chapter 30: Lessons Beneath the Moon

That evening, after Krishak returned from the academy library and completed his own cultivation, he sat cross-legged in meditation.

A thin strand of spiritual energy separated from his body.

It condensed in the corner of the room and formed the familiar figure of Master Kiran.

The clone opened his eyes, stepped through the window into the night, and disappeared into the darkness.

A few minutes later, he arrived at the abandoned training field on the outskirts of Krishak's hometown.

Five young students were already waiting.

Rohan, Meera, Arun, and the twin brothers stood in a neat line, their expressions filled with anticipation.

Though they were exhausted from their daytime responsibilities and previous training, not one of them had arrived late.

Master Kiran nodded in approval.

"You have improved."

The students bowed deeply.

Greetings, Master.

Tonight, however, Kiran carried himself with a slightly different air.

Over the past several weeks, Krishak had gained new insights from the National Awakener Academy. While much of the academy's material was basic compared to his previous life, it helped him understand how Earth trained its Awakeners and where the common weaknesses lay.

He intended to use that knowledge to refine his students' training.

Master Kiran drew a circle in the dirt with his foot.

"Most people believe strength means hitting harder or moving faster," he said.

"That is only the surface."

He looked at each student in turn.

"True strength begins with control."

Rohan frowned thoughtfully.

"Control over what, Master?"

"Everything," Kiran replied. "Your breathing. Your posture. Your muscles. Your emotions. Your decisions."

He picked up a dry leaf and held it between two fingers.

"With enough force, anyone can crush this leaf."

He then placed the leaf on his palm and lifted it into the air with a faint stream of spiritual energy.

"But it takes far greater skill to move with precision."

The students watched with focused expressions.

Master Kiran instructed them to close their eyes.

"Before you can control your body, you must first learn to feel it."

He guided them through a slow breathing exercise.

"Notice your heartbeat. Feel the tension in your shoulders. Observe the muscles in your legs."

At first, the students struggled.

Their awareness was crude and unfocused.

But over time, they began to notice details they had previously ignored.

Meera opened her eyes in surprise.

"My right leg feels tighter than my left."

Kiran nodded.

"Good. Awareness is the first step toward correction."

Kiran placed several stones on a wooden beam.

"Your goal is to strike the beam hard enough to knock off one stone without disturbing the others."

The exercise proved far more difficult than expected.

Rohan sent all the stones flying.

Arun cracked the beam itself.

The twins overcompensated and barely moved the target.

Only Meera managed partial success.

Master Kiran corrected their stances and timing.

"Power without control is wasteful. Precision multiplies effectiveness."

After dozens of attempts, each student improved.

During a short break, Kiran shared some of the concepts Krishak had recently learned.

"The academy divides Awakeners into Hunters, Summoners, and Magicians," he explained.

The students listened with fascination.

He described the strengths and weaknesses of each path.

"Regardless of the profession you choose, your foundation determines your future."

Rohan asked, "Master, which path is strongest?"

Kiran smiled faintly.

"The strongest path is the one best suited to your nature and built upon a flawless foundation."

Master Kiran's expression turned serious.

"Control of the body is important. Control of the mind is essential."

He looked directly at Arun.

"What happens when anger clouds your judgment?"

Arun lowered his gaze.

"I make mistakes."

Kiran nodded.

"Emotions are natural. But if they control you, they become weaknesses."

He continued.

"A calm mind allows you to think clearly even under pressure."

To illustrate his point, Master Kiran invited the students to attack him simultaneously.

They rushed forward with determination.

Kiran moved with effortless efficiency.

A slight shift avoided a strike.

A gentle tap disrupted balance.

A subtle redirection sent one student stumbling into another.

Within seconds, all five were lying on the ground.

Breathing heavily, Rohan looked up in awe.

"Master, you barely moved.

Kiran clasped his hands behind his back.

"That is the result of control."

As the students rested, Master Kiran looked up at the moon.

"One day, I intend to establish a place where people from all backgrounds can learn properly."

The students listened attentively.

"A place where talent is valued, but character matters more."

"A place where knowledge, discipline, and morality are taught together."

Meera's eyes brightened.

"An academy?"

Kiran nodded.

"Perhaps.

Arun sat up.

"Will we be part of it?"

Master Kiran's gaze softened.

"If you continue to persevere, you will help build it."

The students exchanged excited glances.

For the first time, they felt they were contributing to something much larger than themselves.

Training resumed until late into the night.

When the session finally ended, the students were exhausted but energized.

Their bodies ached.

Their minds were clearer.

And their determination had deepened.

They bowed to their teacher.

" "Thank you, Master."

Kiran watched them depart into the darkness.

These five children were still weak.

But they were learning the most important lessons.

How to think.

How to endure.

How to control themselves.

And how to use strength responsibly.

Master Kiran turned toward the distant horizon, where the academy lights were hidden far beyond the night.

Krishak's two lives continued to advance together.

One as the academy's brightest young genius.

The other as a hidden teacher shaping the foundation of a future generation.

And with each passing day, the world moved one step closer to the change he intended to bring.
