The knight looked at the girl, who stood with her back to him. She had a distressed look as she stood there.
But the knight didn't look like he cared, Luna noticed, and she couldn't help how the anger she felt became much stronger. The King was treating her the way he liked, without considering her feelings. And then again, his people were far worse.
Luna stood her ground, looking squarely at the knight, who continued to watch her as if waiting for her to break. "You either go tell him what I said, or we're both going to keep standing here."
The knight scoffed, and Luna swallowed, wondering if she'd pissed him off. Will he use force on me? Luna asked herself.
