Evelyn
Today I was excited since Damian was going to teach me how to fight against vampires. 'Me too, maybe we get some cozy moments with our mate', Eva said, wagging her tail and pacing in my head. To be honest she was creating havoc in my mind. 'Are you not happy Eva, that we are learning things which make us more powerful?'
'I am, but I am more happy that Damian is teaching us today. He is our professor and we are his students, there are so many possibilities, this forbidden relationship is going to be tainted today.'
I chuckled. You've become horny, Eva.
Catherine told me Damian was a very powerful vampire, even more powerful than their father. Hearing about their father made my blood boil with rage, because of him my grandmother had a miserable fate. The shocking thing was that no one knew who killed that monster. According to Catherine he died brutally, but they didn't care because neither Catherine nor Damian was close to their father. She didn't look sad when she was talking about her father and I did not ask why.
Damn, when would evening come? I was eagerly waiting and it was still only afternoon. Today I didn't see Damian, he was absent at breakfast. A big part of me was missing him, it had become my habit to eat with him even though he doesn't eat, he just gives me company. Catherine told me he was busy today and would meet me in the evening. He promised he was going to teach me how to fight against vampires and I was grateful for that, but couldn't he do it in the morning instead of the evening?
'You should be happy, Evelyn, our mate is so kind. And why do you even need training, are you planning to harm our mate?' Eva huffed with a flash of rage.
'No, I don't think I could ever harm him no matter what. But what would we do if Damian tried to harm us?' I asked her, even though my heart already said he would never hurt me.
'My Damian couldn't do that. If he wanted to, he already would have', she said confidently.
I sighed. At least we agree on this point. I thought I could take a nap. I lay down and I didn't remember when I fell asleep.
Knock.
Knock.
My eyes shot open. I watched the view through my window, it was already evening. Another knock. I went to the door and opened it. I thought someone else could be there but damn, the devil himself was standing there. Damian leaned against the wall, one hand in his pant pocket and the other casually running through his hair.
'Shit, he is damn hot', Eva said.
"Little wolf, you were sleeping? Did you forget you have class today? How would you train if you have no respect for time, being on time is the first step of discipline," he said arrogantly, more like mocking me.
I narrowed my eyes. "I remember, okay? I just slept. Just give me two minutes, I need to wear my training clothes."
He nodded. "Take your time, little wolf." Then he stole a kiss from my cheek. God, this man.
He came inside my room and sat on my bed with folded legs. I took my most sexy training clothes, I didn't know why I chose these tight leggings and an extremely tight sports bra, but I did. After wearing them I came out from the bathroom. Damian was staring outside but after hearing my footsteps he turned to me. His eyes slightly widened then turned red, his gaze roaming over my body from up and down with his lip caught between his teeth.
The way he bit his lip made me shiver and I looked away. I still felt his gaze on me like he wanted to devour me. I hoped I didn't overdo it with the dress.
"Little wolf, are you wearing this?" His voice was low and thick with desire.
I nodded. "Yes, I am wearing this.. is it okay?" I asked in a small voice.
"Wear something else, a sweater or a big shirt. I don't want anyone seeing you like that." He ordered.
I huffed. "These clothes are training clothes and I am more comfortable in them." He stared at me for a few minutes and muttered something under his breath like I am a stubborn woman. He stood suddenly and took his steps toward me like a predator wanting to hunt his prey.
"So you would not change into something else?" he asked dangerously. I shook my head in denial.
"Are you sure?" he asked again, it felt more like a threat.
"I said no. These are normal clothes for training."
Suddenly he picked me up in bridal style. I screamed lightly because of his sudden move. One moment I was telling him to put me down and the next moment I felt like I was flying in the wind, and soon I found myself in a big open ground like a forest, still in Damian's arms before he put me down gently.
"What was that?" I asked him. "You took me here with your vampire speed." He nodded.
"Wow, that was amazing, you really run fast." Indeed, vampires are blessed with this power.
"Why did you take me like that?" I faced him and asked.
"Because I don't want anyone seeing you like that." I rolled my eyes but felt delight inside at seeing his possessive side.
I looked around, the place was quite big. "Which place is this?" I asked him. Eva was pacing in my head wanting to come out so she could run in this place. 'Easy, Eva', I promised her that after my training session she could run. She grumbled.
"This place is behind the castle, no one comes here. What could be a better place than somewhere peaceful and empty," Damian said.
"Why did you choose evening instead of morning?" I asked.
"I hate mornings and sunlight, little wolf."
"Oh, is it true that vampires burn in sunlight?" I asked him curiously.
He chuckled. "Who told you that? We do not burn, we are modern vampires, remember. But yeah, sunlight does bother us."
"Oh okay." That was all I could say.
"Now let's start, little wolf, what do you want to learn first?" he asked, ready for our first session.
"Umm, I want to learn how you move and how exactly you fight."
"Let's start with how to fight." I was about to get ready but all I could do was drool as he grabbed his long coat from one side and removed it casually. My breath hitched and my jaw dropped to the ground. Oh goddess, his masculine, hard chest was on full display, pale white skin. It felt like I forgot how to breathe. He is deliciously handsome.
"Little wolf, are you done staring?" My gaze shifted from his chest to his eyes and his naughty grin. Damn, what am I.. a creep? I cleared my throat. "No, I was just thinking you look like a warrior with this bulky and hard body."
He didn't say anything but the smile was permanent on his face.
He cracked his neck from side to side.
"So, little wolf, if you fight with a vampire you have to be vigilant about their moves. Mostly vampires attack either from the back or the front, rare chances from the side, so always prepare for both sides." He showed me a move, demonstrating how he positioned himself behind my back.
"Did you notice something?" he asked.
I shook my head in denial.
"If you feel the wind blow stronger than usual, understand that that particular spot is the one where the vampire has chosen to attack from," he said.
Wow, that was new. He taught me a few more important things and we did some practical exercises. It was difficult for me, not because the things were hard, but because Damian with his naked chest was way more difficult to handle. So much hotness in one place. I had to keep controlling my arousal.
"I think this is enough for today," he announced. I nodded, quite tired.
But Eva was not having this, she wanted to run around this place. I sighed.
"What happened, little wolf?" he asked, noticing my expression.
"My wolf Eva wants to run."
"Your wolf, oh yeah, I forget you all have a pup." My brows knitted together. They are wolves, not pups, I said, irritated, waiting for Eva to share my anger. Instead she purred. I could not believe she was okay with that.
"What are you waiting for then, little wolf? Let her out, my real little wolf." He looked smug.
"I hope she is not like you," he said with a grin.
I huffed. Eva was pacing in my head, ready for the shift. I turned to Damian. "I need to remove my clothes, the shift could rip them."
His eyes turned red after hearing me.
"Then remove them," he said shamelessly.
"I will, but behind the tree." I didn't wait for his reply and made my way behind the nearest tree. I removed my clothes then dropped to the ground. A low growl escaped from my throat, my body tensed, and soon my bones broke and shifted until I was standing on four paws. Eva howled into the evening air.
Seeing Damian she ran straight to him happily, I was watching him through Eva's eyes. However, his face was devoid of any emotion. She went to him and buried her big wolf head into his chest, and damn, she started licking his chest. I felt embarrassed.
I was worried after seeing Damian's reaction. I hope he wouldn't treat Eva badly, it would break her heart.
