The slick golden pendant hung on the doorknob.
At first, I thought it was some kind of illusion that the Red Moon had left behind. But as time passed I realised that the golden pendant was in fact real.
As I slowly reached out to touch it, it glowed.
The bright kind that blinds your eyes.
Despite the brightness I tried to reach and maybe that's when I actually looked at it.
It was Golden eyes.
*FEW HOURS AGO*
"Have you found it yet?" asked the Red Moon.
That was the question that I didn't want to hear at that moment. There is no actual way I could get hold of Chand Scroll when it was already difficult enough to meet Red Moon.
"Red Moon… I-" I tried to speak but my mouth automatically closed when I saw Red Moon take the Yellow Scroll.
Damn it. I had told Alex to keep it somewhere else.
Red Moon's condescending gaze bit through me "You got all the time in the world to find this but you can't even find my Chand Scroll."
Well, what does this whore know about the difficulty in obtaining those ancient lost items? He is a prostitute who can just flirt with people and get whatever he wants.
On top of that, that damn scroll isn't even in my kingdom. It is in Aureth.
"Seeing how useless you are, isn't it better that you don't waste my time further and just tell me the location?"
