Chapter 2 - Adna's Residence

As we headed to the house, we had a little conservation on the way. Cloud has stayed here longer than I have meaning he has met people I have not yet seen.

"… There's this girl, she was always on my nerves. Each time we cross paths. She glares at me with hatred. Talking about some I will get revenge" Cloud began.

"Heeh" I interrupted.

"She makes feel like the villain every time" he continued.

His hands moved as he spoke and looked at me for some time before facing forward ranting about it.

"Wow, what's her name" I asked.

"Huh, her name__"

He paused then faced the ceiling for sometime before he opened his mouth to speak.

"I forgot. I just remember she has black hair but it's rough as hell" he continued.

"Rough hair, like how bandits are represented in books." I added.

"_ Yes, like how bandits are represented in fictional stories" he pushed on.

He has seen bandits. Wow, he is impressive.

"You've really seen more than me"

"Don't worry when we leave here, I will show you what I've seen"

"You would do that?"

"Yes, why won't I Moonlight" Cloud uttered.

On saying this, his demeanor changed, his voice now feels sharper and more mature like. A tone similar to Febia's but isn't.

'!', I just remembered something.

"Cloud"

"Yes" he replied.

"I heard that there's someone else staying here from Febia"

"Another __; Oh, you mean Mera" he answered.

"Mera?" I questioned.

"Her name is Mera but I don't know anything else about her"

"Okay…"

At this time, Cloud raised his two hands then rested it at his back and casually strolled out towards the door. I guess that's the end of the conversation.

We finally reached the entrance after some time. We stood at the door and Cloud opened it.

"Huh, the Adna residence, the estate of a house" Cloud muttered.

The Adna's residence, the home of all members of the Adna's household/clan in the world as of now; personally I think that the name is boring but who cares. I can't figure out a better one.

The building is a three floors apartment with each having over thirty to forty rooms in each floors and that is just an estimate not the real number.

The first floor is where the maids (housekeeper) reside at. It is divided into two sections: the right for guests and the left for the maids.

The second floor is also known as the refreshment floor. This is the location of the kitchen, Dining, library, store rooms and lots of vacant spaces.

The third is where the Adna's reside. Only Adna's are meant to be seen here with the exception of Febia, Our personal maid (she was introduced by my mother, Phoenix Adna). So she counts as an Adna.

The house is painted a dark shade of purple on its outside while a brighter version on the inside. And that is all I know about the Adna's residence.

Oh yeah, entering each room feels like entering another dimension entirely. It may feel normal but it isn't, my body tells me so. I once asked Febia about it but she didn't feel anything. Only Cloud actually had the same feeling as me.

"Finally" Cloud rejoiced.

We finally reached the dining after a long trek. The room was wide. No, let me describe it as massive. It had a hexagonal structure as its main. A rectangular table that could be estimated to feed at a minimum: twenty individuals. The room was so large that no one would imagine that small door is hiding this.

"Good day, Master Cloud. Good day, Master Moonlight" a voice asked.

I looked and figured out it was Febia. She was directing us two close seats with her hands.

"Please sit here, I will bring your meal". She offered.

"Thank you, Miss Febia". Cloud spoke.

She left the hall and we took our designated seats. Not long after, she came back with a tray's containing our meal in it. I could tell it tasted delicious from the smell.

"Thank you for the food" Cloud prayed with a smile on his face.

As we consumed the meal, a sound came from the door and it opened. A young man with long black hair walked in and followed him an intense aura. The man name was.

"Is that Great Uncle"
