A few minutes after leaving Kate's house, they arrived at Silas's.
After parking he got out and opened the door for Alice.
He reached out his hand and grabbed hers.
"My lady."
Alice had a nice smirk as she got out of the car.
After closing the car door Silas and Alice made their way inside.
"Alice, you can go ahead, I will get a soda in the kitchen." Silas said and headed towards the kitchen.
"Sure."
Alice walked towards the living room, you need to pass through here to get to the stairs.
When she walked past the couch she saw something conspicuous on the couch table.
"Is that…?"
She walked over and picked up the keep case.
"Desperate Housewives?" Reading the title Alice couldn't help but laugh.
Does Silas like this type of series?
Just then Silas walked in, he saw her holding the dvd for Viktor's series.
Alice looked over and smiled mischievously.
She held up the keep case, and said.
"I didn't know you liked this type of series."
Silas rolled his eyes.
"I don't."
"Then why do you have it?"
Silas walked over.
"I don't have it, Viktor has it, you know, my ´guardian`."
"He likes to watch these weird series… and reality series too."
Alice raised an eyebrow and then laughed.
"You're saying he got the same taste in media as Esme?"
Silas nodded.
Alice didn't know if she should be impressed… or worried.
Can a man who watches these types of stuff be normal? Doubtful.
"Put down the dvd and let's go."
Alice smiled. It seems she found a way to annoy him.
She threw the dvd on the couch and followed Silas up the stairs.
Alice wasn't gonna tease him today… but the future is uncertain, hehe.
When they arrived at Silas's room, Alice spotted the bags on the bed.
"Didn't you even take it out of the bag?" She shot him a glare.
Silas put the soda can on the couch table and shook his head.
"I didn't have time… and I forgot."
Alice clicked her tongue and started to unpack the clothes, she also started to tear off all the price tags.
As he carried the unpacked clothes into the wardrobe she mumbled.
"Treating you girlfriend like this, shouldn't you cherish me?"
"Do you think I'm some free labor?"
Hearing her mumbles that weren't quiet at all, he couldn't help but feel his lips twitch.
It was you who wanted to sort the clothes…
Of course he wouldn't say this, he couldn't see that ending positively for him.
He followed her into the walk in closet and sat down on a chair in the corner.
Now he had a panoramic view of her sorting the clothes.
Alice saw this and started to mumble again.
"Just sitting there like a prison guard… is this a concentration camp?"
Silas shook his head at her absurdity.
How did you get this to be a concentration camp?
It should be more like a job since you volunteered.
A couple of minutes later and Alice was done.
She stood in front of her masterpiece with her arms on her waist.
"Isn't this good?" She asked as she turned to look at Silas.
He started to nod.
"Yes, this is really good, I couldn't have done it without you."
Then he stood up and gave her a kiss.
Afterwards Alice hugged him.
"Exactly!"
"Now… let's watch the movie." Alice said and pulled him towards the couch.
Alice pushed him onto the couch and started to look through her bag and then pulled out the keep case for the movie.
"Found it!"
Then she walked to the tv stand and put the dvd in the dvd player.
She then grabbed the remote and plopped down beside Silas.
"I hope this one is as good as the others."
The movie slowly started, and Alice was excited.
"This time I'm gonna guess the antagonist at the beginning."
Silas was amused by her actions.
"What is that boot? A portkey? Have we seen that before?" Alice mumbled, asking no one.
"Why do these wizards like quidditch so much? I don't quite see the amusement."
Hearing Alice's monologue Silas laughed.
"They're wizards, don't judge them by ordinary standards."
Alice nodded.
"You're right."
Just then a green light lit up the screen, in the movie a huge glowing green mark was blotting out the sky.
"Wow!" Alice exclaimed.
A few seconds later.
"So they're death eathers…?"
Alice's excitement for the dark mark visibly disappeared.
The movie went on and Alice was keeping her eyes open for anyone that could be the antagonist.
"Wow! Look at that guy, he's only got one eye, and… one leg it seems."
Alice was suspicious. Was this the antagonist?
"Ohh, this is him! I know it!"
"Which sane teacher would use the three unforgivable curses in class?"
Alice looked triumphant, she knew what was up.
Silas chuckled.
"Moody? No way. He's too obvious."
"Personally I think Hagrid's acting kinda strange, no?"
Alice rolled her eyes, don't even try.
"Wow! Are those dragons?"
"Cool."
Alice once again exclaimed when the dragons came on screen.
Silas shook his head.
Just overgrown lizards who can spit fire.
The movie passed quickly, Alice was certain Moody was the antagonist.
Of course she was right… but could Silas let her be right? No way!
"Wow! He turned Malfoy into a ferret!"
"Maybe… he isn't so bad." Alice said uncertainty.
Yes! Yes! This is the effect I want, Silas was now certain he could trick Alice into choosing another character for the spot of antagonist.
They both got absorbed in the movie, and before they knew it Cedric died.
"No, not the Edward look alike… meh, maybe it was better that he died." Alice laughed.
She and Edward had some beef, especially lately. Alice was tired of his doom and gloom.
Silas scoffed.
"You mean it's good this poor kid died, just 'cause he looked like Edward?"
Alice glanced at him.
"Yes… it was a little sad, but in the end it's just a movie, and I didn't like the character or actor." Alice said.
"Better to have him out of the plot."
Silas was gobsmacked by Alice's cold heartedness.
Just then Alice exclaimed.
"Eww!!! Is that Voldemort?! How disgusting! He doesn't even have a nose!"
"And that weird see through skin… ew, he looks like a snake without scales."
Silas laughed.
"He's pretty ugly."
Not long after the move credits rolled.
"What?! They didn't admit Voldemort's return?"
"What a bunch of cowardly ostriches, just burying their heads in the sand."
Silas rubbed Alice's back.
"No need to get upset. They'll get a rude awakening in the future."
Alice nodded.
"Hah, you're right."
Just then Alice thought of something.
"I was right! Moody was the antagonist!"
Silas shook his head.
"But you later denied it."
Alice shook her head frantically.
"No I didn't."
After some bickering.
"Fine, I can admit you predicted the antagonist."
Alice smiled and gave Silas a kiss on the cheek.
"Thanks."
Silas took a sip of his soda then asked.
"So how do you rate this movie?"
Alice looked thoughtful, even going as far as to rub her chin.
"It was good except that Edward look alike."
Silas nodded.
"Understandable."
Alice leaned back in his arms and smiled.
Silas yawned and put his arm around her shoulders.
Then he looked at his watch, it was already ten pm.
He tapped Alice's head lightly.
"Time to get you home, we've already gone over the curfew by two hours."
Alice glanced at him.
"Mm."
With that SIlas stood up, then turned around and gave Alice his hand.
"Let's go."
