In an alley near Oscorp, Black Cat was looking at the top of the tower. She didn't come here to help Spider-Man; she came here to steal information from Oscorp, but due to Electro's attack, she became hesitant about whether she should go or not.
Her instinct told her not to go now, because it would be very dangerous, and she never doubts her instinct.

"Light and darkness, you know? All that nonsense." Felicia swallowed hard and blinked. In that millisecond, Venom's face was practically pressed against hers.
Unconsciously, she took a step back. Her breathing was stuck. Felicia's blue eyes stared into those two white eyes, a mask identical to Spider-Man's, yet at the same time completely different, more intense, heavier. She could see her expression reflected in those white eyes, a face of fear and shock, as if she were face to face with an Alien.
"But unlike Anakin and Darth Vader, I don't need my Anakin. I am smarter, stronger, more threatening..." The mask's mouth opened revealing a lot of sharp teeth and a large tongue that licked Felicia's cheeks.
"We Are Better! We are Venom!"
Okay, she was completely scared now! 'Whatever this monster is! Someone help me!' She was completely freaking out internally! She couldn't even maintain her seductive persona.
The threatening teeth and tongue returned to Venom's face, then the mask slowly opened in the mouth area. This time it wasn't Venom's mouth, but Adrian's human mouth, showing an amused smile.
Venom's face approached again, and this time Felicia closed her eyes knowing what was going to happen... But unfortunately, what she expected to happen did not happen.

This Felicia, from what it seemed, was closer to the Original, bisexual, lover of danger. She has extreme lust for Spider-Man and not for Peter himself. In fact, she doesn't like Peter because he is too young.
'Wow, the women in comics are a mess! What inefficiency! Even a decent woman like Gwen can end up dating Norman, why? Because the writers are all fetishists who want to self insert into the story! Don't even get me started on Mary Jane with that guy, Paul!'
The writers love making Peter unhappy!
"Black Cat's power, huh... Hmm." Adrian ignored those useless thoughts and stored Felicia's collected genes in a vial and placed it inside Venom's biomass.
"Did you get anything from her?"
"While she was slack-jawed at your masterful performance, I collected her DNA and her memories." He snorted.
"Her extreme reaction was your doing?" Adrian narrowed his eyes.
"Yes... In my defense it's hard to do that with the living, okay? And she wasn't unconscious! I only boosted what she was already feeling! That woman is unbalanced, not me!"
"My God..." Adrian slapped his own face.
"Good thing I'll never see her again." He nodded in satisfaction.
Felicia's DNA, Black Cat's power to steal luck might be useful... Or not, anyway, it goes to storage! The more power the better! Never say no to more power!

Adrian blinked, and in that millisecond, he filtered all of Felicia's memory, leaving only useful things like her proficiency in martial arts, gymnastics, etc.

Honestly, Adrian feels unlucky. If he had gone to DXD with just his initial mutation and the god eyes, he would have become one of the strongest existences in just 1 week! Magic is completely broken, and with DXD's permissive universe, he would practically be a new Solomon with those eyes and mind.
But that is just a passing thought. He is not complaining. After all, he knows very well he could have come to this place with no power at all, and that would be even worse. He is grateful for what he has! Thank you very much!
He is just stressed because of the amount of nonsense that can happen at any moment. He wouldn't be this stressed if it were only the cinematic universe.
After all, in the movie universe all the characters were nerfed to the ground. Captain America holding Thanos' hand? Pffft, in the comics if Captain America slips, he gets killed with one punch by Thanos.
Do not underestimate the heavy hitters!
Odin dying of old age? Please, he is a God King, he fights Celestials! He has the Odin Force! He is basically a dimensional god!
