I feel like it's not getting much attention because translations that come out every day on this site take up the top 20, and I can't even get into the top 200. The fanfic isn't getting many views, I think it's also because I don't update it much due to my college studies.

He can create portals throughout the cosmos, he can feel trillions of life signatures across the cosmos.
And what fuels all this power is an energy coming from the zero point, essentially being one of the ingredients that shape reality.
See? That is the level of nonsense Adam can do, and Adrian can now do it as well, due to his divine brain that functions like a supercomputer, Adam's magic which is a mixture of science and mysticism was perfect for him! And even better, he does not need to steal energy from dimensional beings like the Sorcerer Supreme or Doom.
The universe itself is his source of energy!
Thanks to Adam's physiology, Adrian is physically a perpetual, he will live until the heat death of the universe.

'Honestly, this power is nonsense.' Even though he had this power, Adrian still thought that, he is a mage who can transform a blast of power into flowers simply by changing the structure of the blast of power.
Fighting Adrian and Adam now is like punching clouds, he will neutralize everything with Quantum Magic.
And thanks to these powers, if Adrian, for example, suffers a fatal blow or loses an arm, he just has to make a cocoon around himself and reset his body to its perfect state.

Despite having all of this in hand, Adrian found himself having difficulty creating things related to another universe like he did with Destiny's hand cannon, in order to create these things, he must immensely believe that he can do it.
He cannot just think he can, he needs to believe. Like certain Orks in a dying universe, Adrian has a small reality distortion, he is like a shounen protagonist who, if he believes enough, will pull power out of nowhere and gain a new transformation.
A process that Adrian was genuinely having difficulty replicating because of the matter transmutation powers he received from Adam, many of his projects were completed almost instantly with the work of his minions and this magic.
Speaking of Minions, these little creatures also had a small part of this power of Adrian, he does not know how that makes sense or is possible, but apparently, these Minions are now like Orks from Warhammer, if he is the boss of the tribe, the minions are his subjects.
'Dealing with reality-altering powers is nonsense.' Even though this power was his, he still thought that, because it is not something he can control.
He needs… to start believing. As a certain man from Matrix says.
The easiest way he found to enter this state is to do something he genuinely likes.
For example, hand cannons, he always thought this weapon style was very cool, therefore, when he dives headfirst into this project, he managed to make several weapons from media of his past life. And with his Quantum Magic, he effectively has infinite ammunition. The same applies to Cloud's motorcycle and Cloud's sword.
Another project he managed to make was the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, he always thought the fortress was very cool, and thought it would be cool to fly with it through space, therefore… He managed to make it.
The process for this power to work is simple, if he has available resources and believes he can do it, he will somehow manage to create it, although everything must have a 'logic' no matter how absurd it is.
For example, he cannot create DC's Mother Box because he has no interest in it, and because he does not have materials that match enough to make that item, after all, the Mother Box is made with divine material.
Even if Adrian took the equivalent of divine material being an alloy of Uru, Adamantium, and Vibranium, he still could not make the Mother Box because he has no interest in it.
In summary: Sufficient or equivalent material, he needs to genuinely like or love the desired item, then he will work believing enough in it, and Voilà, the item is created!
