Stefano stepped forward once more, feeling slightly concerned.
"Young master."
This was the first time Caesar had taken someone with him during his mania. Although it wasn't the first time he was seen with somebody else, they were all victims who now lay scattered deep underground.
His worries weren't unfounded. Rather, it was extremely concerning, as no one wants to feed Caesar's madness. If he allowed the woman to go with Caesar, who knew if he would end up killing her on their way to their destination?
But Caesar had already expressed his intentions, and there was no way to change this. Unless Stefano placed himself between Caesar and the girl and became the sole receiver of his madness, Caesar would never listen to him.
Besides, Stefano was unsure whether he could even take on Caesar. Even as one of the executioners in the mafia, an old monster who was feared by many, Stefano doesn't dare get in the way of Caesar's ire.
