Ronx and the other three followed Alex into a large room that was filled with a bunch of seats facing a large map of the entire world which covered the entire wall.
Ronx and the others sat on the chairs while Alex stood next to the map and picked up a stick. He then pointed the stick at the bottom left corner of the map which showed a dark red piece of land sticking out, which was the rotting peninsula.
"This is the rotting peninsula, one of the most dangerous places on this planet. All creatures there are God-tier, the highest tier a creature can be classified" Alex explained without looking at the map.
"H-How w-will uhm...we get there?" The introvert boy said, whose name was Ken.
"By walking there" Alex replied casually with a straight face.
"A-All the way there?" Ken started to tremble slightly, "S-Sir, p-please rethink this..."
"Tch, Ken, why are you scared anyway?" Alex said with a sigh. "If someone else had your power, they would have been a special grade already."
"I-I know but...I am...uhm" Ken said, who was trembling even more.
"If you don't want to do the mission, you don't have to" Alex said without smiling, giving him a slight stare.
"B-But I want to prove myself...that I am not as u-useless as you think" Ken replied, fixing his glasses.
"You? Prove yourself? could you even-" Before Alex could speak further, the muscular man interfered.
"Alex-chan, come on! Give him a break!" The muscular man said in a feminine way, making a pose in the process.
Alex sighed once again, "Whatever. Let's get back on the topic."
"So we are going to walk there by foot, maybe take a carriage or some sort of a vehicle every now and then. This journey will take forty days and we will spent the night in hotels. Anyone having a problem with that?" Alex asked, glancing at everyone.
No one spoke...except the brown girl.
"I do! You stupid fucking bastard! How dare you make me walk that much and for forty days?!" The brown girl said while standing up, clenching her fists and furrowing her eyebrows. Her name being Ana Heltz.
"Oh and I forgot to mention, the criminal organizations will also attack us in the journey since we have killed the famous serial killer, Billie Fletcher" Alex explained, putting salt on the wound. "And even if you don't come with me, they will still target you since you are the somewhat close to me."
"So? What is it going to be?" Alex asked with a slight smirk.
The introverted boy raised his hand. "I'll c-come with you..."
Anthony, the muscular man raised his hand dramatically, blowing an air kiss. "Of course, I'll come with you, Alex-chan!"
"Tch, you stupid fucking bastard. I'll come with you but I'll fucking kill you once we get there" the brown girl said, her fist slightly trembling from the intense clenching.
"What about you, Ronx?" Alex said, looking at him.
"Ehh, I guess I'll come" Ronx said calmly.
"Good. With that, it's time to go" Alex said while heading to the door, the four of them following him.
Alex and the four of them teleported out of base and entered a carriage, approaching Lordking town.
Lordking town was a nearby place that Alex decided to stay in a hotel at as it was sixty-five miles away from their city.
Ken slept in the carriage while Anthony was putting on lipstick and looking out the window for any threats. The brown girl had crossed her arms and was looking at Alex, furrowing her eyebrows.
Ronx was wondering was trying to remember what happened to him during the Billie Fletcher fight since he was still confused about it.
Eventually, after a couple of hours, they reached Lordking town which was completely dark as it was quite late at night, almost past midnight. So they decided to quickly buy their rooms and sleep as tomorrow will be quite eventful and intense.
They bought three rooms. In the first room was Ken and Ronx while in the second room were Alex and Anthony. Ana got her own room.
With that, they all went to sleep, not knowing that someone was watching them.
It was a green-haired man with green eyes and had several tears painted below his eye. He had also painted his lips green and was looking at Alex and Anthony through the window.
He was stuck on to the window like a lizard and wasn't falling off. His hands were turned into a liquidly substance that looked like a mix of sand and mud. He used that substance to attach himself on the window.
He was staring at the two with his hand tilted by 45 degrees and had a creepy smile on his face.
"Welcome to lordking town" the man said, licking his lips dramatically.
