"Come on, get in, we need to arrive at Viremonth by noon, that way we can visit your church"
Ilyss's words were what finally woke Dannep up; it was four in the morning and she was already outside the castle, ready to depart for Viremonth.
"Sister Layla, wait for me," she told herself as she got into the carriage, the excitement clearly visible in her eyes.
"Thank you very much for letting me accompany you, my lady," Dannep said as she got in and settled herself.
She decided to sound as professional as possible, even though her heart was still conflicted about Ilyss.
But her investigation into someone who uses blood magic had not made any kind of progress.
"Come on, don't worry, whenever you want something just tell me," the queen said as she moved closer to Dannep, starting to touch her thighs.
"I don't think I should bother the queen so much, after all I'm just a servant," Dannep said while looking out the window, the carriage had already started moving.
