"I'm soooo happppyyyy for youuu, Samatha!" Crystal shouted, almost falling as she approached Samatha.
But she was stopped by Mother Tereza's cane, who looked at her with a piercing glare.
"What were you supposed to be doing? Drinking? Did you forget you're a lady? Where were you supposed to be?!" the woman snapped angrily.
"I found her in the east alley when I went to run an errand, she was drinking a lot and I took her out of there," Candy explained as she approached Crystal.
The woman took another big swig of whisky before speaking.
"What the hell do you care, you old hag? Don't pretend you care about me either, you only care about that damn religious lunatic," Crystal said, pointing at Layla furiously.
"Hey, Sister Crystal, show some respect, you're talking to Mother Tereza!" Layla stood up, taking the bottle from Crystal's hands.
"You... damn bitch!" In response, the freckled woman raised her hand to strike her.
"Enough!"
