Chapter 66 - Chapter 66: Ranoa Magic University

"Ahead is Ranoa Magic University." Dan Feng said to Roxy, who was looking around curiously, as they walked along the elevated bridge leading to Ranoa Magic University.

"Wow, this place is really spectacular. You can see that huge forest down there." Roxy said in shock as she looked outside.

Not only could they see the forest outside, but from here they could also take in the entire scene of the magic city of Sharia.

The commercial district, inn district, and workshop district were all clearly visible, giving the feeling of standing on a mountaintop overlooking the city below.

The first thing that caught the eye was naturally Sharia's most iconic structure—the Magicians' Guild.

"Never mind that for now. Enrollment comes first."

"Got it." Roxy nodded obediently, then followed Dan Feng toward the main gate.

At this moment, vines had already climbed all over the gate, giving it a strong sense of age.

Dan Feng looked at the completely unguarded gate and felt puzzled.

"No guards at the gate? Aren't they afraid of suspicious people coming in?" Dan Feng wondered, but he still stepped inside.

Roxy followed closely behind and entered Ranoa Magic University.

Upon entering the campus, the first thing that met their eyes was a fountain standing quietly ahead, continuously spraying water from its center.

Behind the fountain was a cluster of buildings in a European medieval architectural style—grand and magnificent, giving off a solemn and dignified feeling.

These buildings were all constructed with new-style anti-magic bricks. Their appearance was distinctive, especially the pointed spires on the roofs that drew particular attention, though it was unclear what purpose they served.

Dan Feng and Roxy strolled along the paths of Ranoa Magic University. The surroundings were unusually quiet—almost no one could be seen.

"There doesn't seem to be anyone around. We need to find the principal's office." Roxy said somewhat helplessly as she looked at the empty paths.

"No choice—we'll just have to search building by building." Dan Feng replied, then led Roxy toward the nearest building.

As soon as they entered the building, they were hit with an overwhelming Hogwarts-like atmosphere—the style was simply too similar to Hogwarts.

Though the building looked like a tall structure from the outside, it actually seemed to have only one floor.

Dan Feng and Roxy slowly walked down the corridor, carefully checking the names on each door as they went.

"Fegwin's Laboratory?" Roxy softly read the sign on one of the doors, then reached out to try opening it.

As expected, the door was tightly locked and wouldn't budge at all.

"It's someone else's laboratory—of course it won't open." Dan Feng said calmly, seemingly unsurprised by the situation.

He continued walking forward, and when Roxy saw this, she didn't linger at the door any longer and hurried to keep up with Dan Feng.

As Dan Feng walked, he glanced around, hoping to spot someone else here so he could ask for the principal's exact location and avoid having to check room by room.

As they walked, a burst of arguing suddenly reached their ears.

"I told you! I'm writing it this way—it's my research result! You're just helping; you have no right to interfere!" A voice that sounded like a young man's roared in anger, full of fury.

Immediately after, with a whoosh, a room door was violently yanked open, and a figure rushed out from inside.

The man who came out saw Dan Feng and Roxy carrying luggage and immediately said without politeness, "Unauthorized personnel aren't allowed in the laboratory area. What are you doing here?"

"We were recommended here. May we ask where the principal's office of Ranoa Magic University is?" Dan Feng asked the man expressionlessly, though his tone was quite polite.

Hearing Dan Feng's polite words, the man calmed down. He had only snapped earlier because he was still heated from the argument and had been rude to strangers.

"The principal is in the innermost room of the building across from here. Don't wander around the experiment building." The man said to Dan Feng and Roxy, his tone noticeably better than his first sentence.

After speaking, the man walked past Dan Feng and headed outside.

"Let's go. We got the location of the principal's office—better register first." Dan Feng said to Roxy, then led her away from the spot.

Leaving the experiment building, Dan Feng followed the man's earlier directions and headed straight to the opposite building.

They then proceeded to the innermost room.

When they arrived at the very end, they saw the words "Principal" on the door.

Dan Feng politely knocked.

"Come in" came the immediate response from inside.

Dan Feng pushed open the door and entered with Roxy.

"Hm? What brings you two students here?" The principal appeared to be an elderly man in his seventies. He pushed up his glasses and looked at Dan Feng and Roxy.

"Hello, Principal. These are our two letters of recommendation." Dan Feng handed over both his own recommendation letter and Roxy's to the principal of Ranoa Magic University.

The principal took them with a puzzled look, then opened the first one and began reading.

"Bloody Kant? It's been so long since I've seen her." The principal muttered to himself, then shifted his gaze to Dan Feng and Roxy.

"So you're the ones she recommended. That's fine then. In a little while, come with me for a few special student tests, and you'll be able to enroll normally." The principal said to them.

"Oh, right—the recommendation letter mentioned her disciple. Which one of you two is it?" The principal suddenly remembered the content of the letter, turned to look at the two standing in front of him, and asked.

Upon hearing this, Roxy stepped forward without hesitation, stood in front, took a deep breath, straightened her posture, bowed solemnly to the principal, and said, "Nice to meet you, Principal. My name is Roxy Migurdia. I am the disciple of Teacher Bloody Kant."

The principal sized up the short girl in front of him, nodded with a smile, and asked, "Roxy Migurdia, huh? Are you of the Migurd race?"

Roxy nodded again and answered, "Yes, Principal. I am of the Migurd race."

The principal stroked his beard thoughtfully and slowly said, "I've heard about you from Bloody Kant's mouth. She mentioned that you are unable to use telepathy."

Roxy's eyes brightened slightly. She clearly hadn't expected her teacher to mention her to others—especially regarding her innate shortcoming.

However, she didn't feel depressed or inferior because of it. Instead, a delighted smile appeared on her face as she said, "To be mentioned by Teacher Bloody Kant is my honor."

Looking at Roxy's unabashedly happy expression, the principal couldn't help but burst into hearty laughter and said, "Haha, as expected of Bloody Kant's disciple—your way with words is just like hers."
