"I want to be honest with you, Jia Hao." She blurted out, being as composed as she could be while letting her voice be welcoming.

"I don't know what happened." Mira uttered. "I woke up one day and decided that the life I lived was not it. I had no choice but to change. I did not want to repeat the same mistakes the old me did and in that resolution, I found you. And we made us something special." Mira put a hand on her baby bump. This was her being as honest as she could go without spilling so much. "And I would not have it any other way. I love it here. I love being with you and I love getting to know you. The real you.
