Amaterasu simply sighed and shook her head with a faint smile on her face, before becoming a little more serious as she remembered the reason she had come here in the first place.
"I think there are some things you should know."
Hearing that, Damon raised an eyebrow in confusion at how serious she had suddenly become.
"Hmm?"
"A lot of things have happened in your pantheon."
That immediately got all of his attention, since he had gone thousands of years without knowing anything about his home.
"What happened?" he asked, his tone turning more serious.
"A rebellion led by Hera, followed by Poseidon, because Zeus has been a complete disaster as king."
"To be honest, I expected that," Damon said, sounding a little calmer.
"He was captured, and they forced him to swear that he would become a better king before they released him," Amaterasu added.
Damon lifted his gaze toward the sky without looking at anything in particular.
"Let me guess. He swore something he didn't keep."
"Exactly. The moment he was released, he began threatening everyone who had sided with Hera. The worst part of all this was Poseidon..."
Hearing that, Damon immediately grew concerned for his brother and looked back at her.
"He's alright, right?"
"Yes, but he can't make a single move without being threatened with war or accused of treason. That has made things very tense on Olympus," Amaterasu replied, trying to calm him.
That answer did not please him at all. It took him a moment to realize that what Uranus had said had become reality. Zeus really was like Kronos, inheriting his paranoia... and this was only the tip of the iceberg. There were still many things he did not know.
"But that is not the main problem," Amaterasu said, thinking of how to tell him without worrying him even more than he already was.
"What happened, Amaterasu... no riddles, please," Damon said, trying to steady himself for whatever he was about to hear.
"This did not sit well with Gaea. When she learned of Zeus's actions after being freed, she became furious with him and gave birth to her last son... Typhon."
She paused for a moment, searching for the right words.
"And he was sent to Olympus to destroy Zeus, who abused his power and forced all of Olympus to fight so he could come out victorious against Typhon."
Damon clicked his tongue in disgust at Zeus's actions. Right now, all he wanted was to return and beat the hell out of him.
Noticing the anger building in Damon, Amaterasu spoke again to calm him.
"Typhon was very strong, but he was defeated and sealed inside a mountain."
She stepped closer to Damon and placed a hand on his shoulder in an attempt to comfort him.
"Putting everyone in danger just to save his own ass..." Damon muttered, his anger evident in his voice.
Seeing how tense the atmosphere had become, Hagoromo quickly tried to change the subject so Damon would not sink any deeper into his own thoughts.
"And why are you not currently in Hashirama's body? He is currently in a meeting with the other Kage, handing them the Bijuu... I would feel safer if you were there."
Damon realized that his father was trying to change the subject so he would not drown in his own thoughts, and he thanked him silently. Hagoromo might not have been his real father, but he had been the father of his first reincarnation, and Damon loved him for it... unlike Kronos, who had devoured him without a second thought.
Hagoromo had helped him however he could. He had taught him values and, above all, wisdom. Damon had truly been raised by him, cared for as though he were his own son, something Damon could never thank him enough for. Quite simply, planting the seed does not make a man a father, and Kronos himself was the best example of that.
"There is not much life left in Hashirama. The battle against Madara weakened my body quite a bit... before coming here, I made my mortal soul distribute the Bijuu among the shinobi villages. Before he dies, I have given him free will so he can enjoy the little time he has left with his family."
"And what will you do after that?" Indra asked curiously.
Damon shrugged.
"I will reincarnate into two other bodies before I can fulfill my plan... if it works."
"Two bodies?" Indra asked, even more confused than before.
Damon nodded.
"The first will seal a destiny, creating an organization to which the world will hopefully unite to go against... the second will break that destiny," he said, leaving everyone present even more confused.

(Ok, guys, now the MC will reincarnate into Naruto. Naruto just died. Those who know Sasuke in the first fight literally almost killed Naruto with the Chidori. In this story, Naruto died. Damon just took his body. I could have done it from the beginning of Naruto's birth, but I really don't feel like going through Naruto's childhood… So right now he's at the point where he's about to go training with Jiraiya.)
(As for the previous live attempts, like Ashura and Hashirama, they were all attempts alongside any nameless reincarnation in between. Each one makes the MC wiser and stronger in the end, as he retains everything. I could have gone through those as well, but it would be unnecessary. Anything important, I will reference it through the chapters instead of going through the whole Naruto story.)

An intense light forced him to open his eyes, but instead of doing so, he shut them even tighter, as if that might make the constant discomfort of the light disappear. He tried to raise his arm over his eyes to block out the annoying brightness and go back to sleep a little longer, since he felt extremely tired, as though he had just run kilometers. There was also a sharp, constant pain in his chest every time he moved. The discomfort from the light remained, but he still tried to sleep... and failed.
Slowly, he opened his eyes to allow them to adjust to the brightness around him and to find the source of the light so he could block it out.
'A hospital?' he wondered inwardly as he looked around the room, which was completely white.
It did not take him long to notice that the window curtains were completely open, and a small grunt escaped his throat when he discovered the culprit behind his rude awakening. He tried to stand up, but his legs felt weak, and the pain in his chest grew stronger from the sudden movement.
He remained seated on the hospital bed while inspecting his own body and quickly realized that he was much smaller, around ten or eleven years old. His hands were at face level because of how small they were, and a faint smile appeared on his face.
Looks like it's already starting, he thought.
His attention remained on his body, but his focus returned to his chest because of the constant pain there. He saw that it was completely bandaged, with bloodstains at a point just above his heart, as though someone had pierced straight through his chest. He could also feel that the same area on his back hurt as well. Slowly, he got to his feet, trying not to strain his small body too much or move his torso too suddenly, since he did not want the wound to reopen.
He slowly approached the window to close the curtains and go back to sleep for a while, but when he reached the glass, he saw his reflection.
Blond hair that seemed to shine naturally under the sunlight, with two locks falling over each side of his forehead. A round face that still carried a babyish softness and some extra fat that had not yet gone away. Eyes as blue as the sky itself on a cloudless day. But what drew his attention the most were the three distinct whisker-like marks on each cheek.
He raised a hand to touch them while still staring at the mirror, and memories began to rush through his mind: the years of loneliness, the sadness of never being acknowledged by anyone, his time at the academy, the forming of Team 7, his mission to the Land of Waves, meeting Jiraiya, the invasion by Orochimaru and Suna, the death of Hiruzen Sarutobi... his most important person, the search for Tsunade Senju, and finally the betrayal of the one he had considered a brother: Sasuke Uchiha.
When he remembered Sasuke, he frowned.
"It's always the same," he muttered.
A high-pitched voice left his throat, which amused him a little. Seeing the bright smile reflected back at him made him seem like the type of person who placed the happiness of others above his own, and Damon liked that, because it reflected very well who he truly was.
Then he noticed that he was wearing a necklace beneath the hospital gown. When he pulled it out, he recognized it immediately and remembered how Tsunade had given it to him when she came looking for him.
How ironic... in the end, I ended up receiving the necklace I gave her, he thought with a melancholic smile.
He closed the curtains slowly so as not to strain his body, and as quickly as he closed them, he headed back to the hospital bed to try to sleep a little longer. But that proved impossible. He was already fully awake, and it had always been hard for him to fall back asleep once he had woken up completely. Boredom began to creep into the blond boy. He could neither sleep nor move much, and with his hyperactive personality, that was pure hell for him.
Then one idea came to mind.
