Leo stood in front of Mira as she continuously attacked him again and again. But Leo didn't have to put much effort into dodging her attacks. He moved calmly, avoiding every strike with ease. This only made Mira angrier.
After a moment, Mira suddenly stopped attacking and stood quietly in one place. She pointed her finger at Leo and said,
"You're underestimating me."
Leo replied calmly,
"I'm not underestimating you."
Mira released her aura as she said,
"Even if you're lying to me right now…"
Her aura spread across the battlefield. Ray and Kyron were able to sense it immediately. Kyron, who had already defeated all of Ethan's team members without much trouble, looked at the battlefield and said,
"Leo will have to be more careful now… because Mira isn't going to hold back anymore. When she gets angry, she forgets who she is fighting."
Because of Mira's aura, the entire area began to freeze. The ground, the air, everything started turning cold. Even Leo was having difficulty moving properly.
Mira stepped forward and tried to punch him. Leo stepped back, but his foot slipped because of the frozen ground and he fell onto the ground.
Now Mira was completely irritated. Using her power, she summoned two Ice Golems.
Both Ice Golems immediately rushed toward Leo and attacked him.
One of the golems grabbed Leo's legs tightly.
This was the moment Mira had been waiting for.
She rushed forward and delivered a powerful punch straight to Leo's face. Blood came out from Leo's mouth and he was thrown away, crashing onto the ground.
For a moment, everything became silent.
Leo slowly stood up again.
This time there was anger in his eyes. He wiped the blood from his cheek and said,
"Now you're making me angry."
Mira laughed and mocked him.
"How can someone like you even get angry?"
Hearing those words made Leo's anger grow even more.
He pulled out his blade and released his aura.
His aura was extremely dense. Ray and Kyron both felt it instantly.
Kyron smiled and said,
"Now the real fun begins."
Leo's aura spread through the battlefield and even the other teams began to feel its pressure.
At that moment Mira realized something.
He wasn't underestimating me… I was the one underestimating him.
Leo held his blade as his aura made the entire atmosphere heavy.
Suddenly one of the Ice Golems attacked Leo from behind.
But Leo didn't waste even a single second.
In an instant, he moved behind the golem and with one clean strike cut its head off.
Mira's eyes widened in shock.
The second golem attacked Leo with its massive arm. But Leo sliced through the arm with a single swing. Then he jumped into the air and with one precise slash cut the golem's neck.
Both Ice Golems were destroyed within seconds.
Mira had already used more than half of her energy to summon them.
She looked behind me toward a tree and shouted,
"Luna! Help me!"
I turned around and saw Luna sitting on a tree branch. She had been watching the entire battle from there.
Luna jumped down from the branch and said with a smile,
"Well… you're my friend, so I'll help you."
She sharpened her fingers using her aura and rushed toward Leo at incredible speed. Her attack was aimed directly at Leo's neck.
But Leo grabbed her hand and threw her straight toward Mira.
Luna landed and started laughing.
"Very good… very good. Now I'm getting excited."
Luna began attacking Leo repeatedly with her sharp claws. But Leo could easily see and react to every attack.
Leo noticed that there was a tree behind him. He quickly moved aside, and Luna's claws sliced through the tree, causing it to fall to the ground.
At that moment Mira had regained some of her energy.
She rushed forward and attacked Leo's waist with her Ice Dagger.
Leo cut the dagger with his blade.
But that was Mira's plan.
She spun around and kicked Leo directly in the face. At the same moment Luna jumped from above and kicked Leo in the face as well.
Leo crashed to the ground again.
After a moment he stood up once more.
Smiling slightly, he said in a serious tone,
"Now I'm getting excited."
Luna stepped forward to attack again, but suddenly she noticed something.
There was a deep cut on her leg, and blood was flowing from it.
She realized Leo had cut her during the fight without her even noticing.
Even so, Luna ignored the pain and increased her aura, preparing to attack Leo again.
But when she looked forward…
Leo was no longer standing there.
She looked down at her other leg again. There was another deep cut there too.
At that moment Leo appeared behind her, ready to strike.
But right then Ryan and Ethan arrived and blocked Leo's attack.
Leo immediately punched Ryan and kicked Ethan, forcing both of them to step back.
Leo looked at them and said,
"If both of you want to fight me too… then fine. Let's begin."
Now Leo stood alone on one side.
In front of him stood four team captains.
Leo covered his blade with his red aura and was about to attack all of them.
But suddenly Kyron appeared.
Kyron grabbed Leo's blade with his bare hand and said,
"The fight is over. We have already won."
Then everyone found out what had happened.
When Ray was coming back, he had met Kyron. Kyron had told Ray to collect all the headbands from the other teams.
Kyron smiled and said,
"We have the most headbands now… which means we have the most points."
Just then Ray arrived carrying all the headbands.
The other teams finally accepted their defeat.
Kyron said,
"After watching this test, I think Ray and Leo deserve the best marks."
Leo and Ray both smiled after hearing that.
Mira and Luna then stepped forward and shook hands with Leo and Ray.
Luna said,
"I'm impressed by both of your performances."
Leo thought to himself,
A few minutes ago this girl was trying to hunt me… and now her entire behavior has changed.
Luna continued speaking.
"I must admit… you two truly impressed me."
