The frown on my face couldn't dissipate at all. Once I got home, Mom and Gramps asked what had happened that made me mad, but there wasn't really a motive I could tell them about. I wasn't even sure why I couldn't relax.
"Are you sure you are alright? Why are you so grumpy?" Mom asked again.
"I told you I'm fine."
"Leave him alone," Gramps said for a change, "He's been busy, it must be about work."
"Right." I told them just so they could drop it, "Talking about work, Eva's here too, remember?"
"Good evening, Chairman, Ma'am." Eva came forward, greeting them as if they were royalty.
"Oh, right~ right~ Come with me, Miss Lee. Let's go to the studio," The old man told her as he also guided her in. Leaving mom and me on our own in the living room.
"... You should go get some rest, dear. I will tell Grace to bring dinner to your bedroom."
"Don't bother, Mom. I'll be going out tonight."
"What? But you're tired. You should stay and get some rest."
