"Yes, I was paying close attention to the timer since I didn't want to be late. How has your day been?"
"Busy." I said, feeling a slight awkwardness after we shook hands. I gestured quickly towards the chair. "Please, take a seat. How about yours?"
"Mm. I took more notes than ever today since I had to update you, but besides that, I'm good. I'm right on schedule with my tasks. Seeing how the project progresses towards its final stage is actually quite fun."
"Haha, yeah. More so if you are personally involved in its progress."
"Yes, it's the first big project I've actively taken part in, so it's quite a nice feeling." She smiled at me wholeheartedly, opening her notebook and spreading out the prints she'd brought. "So, about today's meeting. We mostly had to intervene with a few of the samples—especially the third one."
"This one?" I asked, leaning in to look at the print. "Wasn't this already approved?"
