This game will either bring us closer or further apart, it depends on whatever i say.
"I'll go first."
Sieun said quietly, he has a small squeaky voice.
"In year 8 when stuff in out class kept going missing it was me."
Yunjin being her loud self spoke up.
"Whattt, I got blamed for that and it didn't die down until year 9!"
"S-sorry."
He stuttered clearly nervous, he looked like he was about to cry.
Hanna calmed them down as figured.
"It's the past, and this is to help our trust in eachother grow."
That damn smooth voice again.
"Yeah I guess your right."
Yunjin gave in easily, definitely one of Hanna's dogs.
"Ashlyn your up."
Chase said.
"Well I don't have much to say though, I am an orphan and I don't have the best social skills so I hope we can all get along and survive this new hell."
She's good. I like her.
Ashlyn flashed me a quick wink, a wink that showed she knew me and her are alike. Which is true.
I nodded back as everyone looked touched by Ashlyns words. She definitely got everyone on her side now.
Next is Chase.
"Well in year 9 it was me who flooded the toilets."
"No wayyy, we got to miss a week of school cus of it."
Yunjin said with playful respect.
Hyun next, he's mysterious and quiet so I doubt he will say much.
"I used to get into alot of fights in my old school in year 8 to 9, I don't plan on going back though."
He said casually, that may be a lie or not, either way it's good information on him and his he could help me survive.
"Dudee that's sickk!"
Chase laughed and put his arm around Hyun's shoulder. Hyun stayed indifferent and didn't bother pushing him off.
Now Yujins turn.
She grinned and spoke.
"In year 7 I was the one who broke Jack's nose because he tried hitting on Hanna."
Hanna just nodded, their clearly best friends.
"Oh yeah I remember when they called you The Crazy Bitch."
Ash teased.
"Because I was."
Yujin winked playfully.
They settled back down for Hanna's turn.
"I don't have anything in particular to confess but I do regret being a horrible person sometimes, but I'm changing so please don't loose your trust in me as it is all we have now."
She's damn good with her words. The others looked at her like a goddess well to be exact Yunjin, Chase and Sieun did Ash was like me and Hyun was he usual distant self. I didn't trust her fully yet to take her words seriously.
Now my turn. I'll just say whatever comes to mind.
"What I want to confess, hm? Well I don't care if we live or die, for now it's more for the thrill of it, and either way, infected or not you all look like monsters to me."
They all turn to look at me though I remain unfazed, they know what they did, at least everyone of them has bullied me in the past or knew of it and did nothing, all except Ash, that's why I trust her most. Chase clears his throat.
"That's the past and now we need to focus on surviving the present and future. "
I cut him off.
"No I still think the same, but I'd appreciate if you stop acting like you know me."
It's best to set my boundaries now, it may be stupid right now, but I despise them all. I can't imagine surviving with them.
Yunjin speaks up looking annoyed at me.
"We're all trying to survive here as humans, do you seriously still hold a grudge against us for something that happened last year!?"
"If that being when you made my life hell for 6 months, then yeah."
"Jeez stop fighting, this was to bring us together not apart."
Hanna's strong but soft voice broke in.
Yunjin stopped obviously.
"Sorry." She sucked up to Hanna.
"Yeah yeah." I mumbled.
Everyone eventually moved on onto other talk about how we are going to get food and water. I know as a fact me and Hanna have water and snacks in our bags, but im obviously not going to share, Hanna might, but then again that girl is hard to predict.
We all stay sat around the fire Ashlyn on one side Hanna on the otherside of me. Hyun and Sieun seem to be doing their own thing while Chase hopelessly tries flirting with Hanna with Yunjin backing her up as usual. As me and Ash were sharing earphones. We became close quickly after due to our shared feelings to these extras.
It got dark sooner than I expected and colder, but now comes the annoying part.
