On the 30th floor of the dungeon, the Astraea familia gathered in full force, prepared to fight the Rudra familia at all costs. With weapons at the ready, all seemed certain, a showdown between two familias. A battle between quantity and quality. However…
"Jura, surrender and you'll be treated according to the laws of Orario. Your crimes are numerous. If you don't surrender you'll be brought in by force." Alise stated as an ultimatum.
Jura Halmer, a cat person with a mangy appearance complete with a matching personality, face palmed with a maniacal laugh.
"You crazy bitch! Justice that, Justice this. Justice, justice, justice… I hate everything about you." He berated, and then started snickering. "The only thing that I care about is…" Leaned back, raising his arms up. "Killing you, all of you stupid bitches. Enough with your Justice, and Just die!"
Jura pressed a single switch, and… The floor erupted in a series of explosions practically demolishing the entire floor. Smoke filled the air, and debris was everywhere. Only one place remained untouched, and that was… the area where Jura and his familia stood. Completely unharmed. All laughing their guts up as the smoke made it clear there was no way the Astraea familia could have survived that.
The smoke started to clear, and the sight was far less than what Jura had expected. In fact it looked as if the Astraea familia's girls were hardly touched in the slightest.
Alise wiped her face clear of the soot, and smiled over at Ardee. "Thanks little sis! You're the best. Remind me to give you headpats later, lots of them!"
Ardee pouted. "Wha-wha-wha-what are you saying!?"
"Oh you want them now? Okay here you go…"
Alise went to move and then… It cried. Purple sludge fell from the ceiling along with a freaky looking thing.
"What the hell is it now?" Kaguya swore, spitting annoyed that something else is getting in the way of her and the Rudra familia.
Then came a sickening roar, one that couldn't possibly be from a naturally spawning monster.
"An Irregular? On this floor?" Celty trembled.
"Alise, we need to go…"
"It's too late… Prepare for a fight."
Then it appeared… A hulking mass of bone, it appeared in view, then paused, it's red eyes giving a single blink then…
A little bit earlier, as the explosions were going off, a married couple were descending the path from the 29th floor.
"Husband, that's not a small explosion."
"You're right. Whoever is there is either really strong and knows what'll happen, or is dumber than an airhead carrying a box of rocks."
"Why, so they can stay rooted on the ground?"
The two started laughing and sped up to the 30th floor.
"So, what do you think? It'll spawn, right?"
"Yeah, on a floor this tiny that much damage is bound to spawn it for sure."
"I don't sense anyone above level 4 anywhere on the floor except for you, Cera?"
"Same, I don't sense anyone of particular strength except for you Gama…"
"Well, that means this is an accident. Should we help them?"
"Yeah, we probably should. I don't want Alfia and Zald to have sacrificed in vain. So might as well nip this pup in the butt."
"I'll go see if those girls over there are alright. You take care of the ugly juggy, right?"
"Yeah, I'd rather not get close to women. Don't want to give you the wrong idea."
"I'm not that worried, I know you only have love for me, darling."

Just as suddenly as the monster was about to make its move, it was struck with a lightning bolt, one so powerful it punched right through the magic reflection shield, and its body, breaking it apart into nothing more than useless dust.
Everyone in both Astraea, and Rudra familia blinked, rubbing their eyes in disbelief. Then they heard the rustling of some debris displacement.
"Wow, that one was even weaker than I thought it would be. Damn thing couldn't even take that? Pathetic."
"You there in the sexy looking outfit, who are you?" Kaguya spoke up, feeling no hostility from the man.
"Hmm? You know, it's a bit dangerous to talk to me when my wife is right next to you." He chuckled. "My name, it doesn't matter."
"He's right you know lady, talking to my husband like that is not going over well. What do you want with my husband, only pure things? I doubt it."
"Ahahaha! Alright, now then what's going on down here, and who the fuck was stupid enough to cause this much damage?"
Alise was about to speak, but looked over to the woman in a wedding dress, remembering something the guild mentioned to her. Her mind raced and immediately put on a little bit of added respect.
"Lady, and Sir. My name is Alise Lovell, the Scarlet Harnell, and captain of Astraea familia. Might I have your name?"
"Hmm… Maybe another time, for now just tell me, who is it that spawned the ugly mug?"
Jura thought this was his big chance.
"It was me, all my big brilliant plan, my familia and I used everything at our disposal to get rid of these disgusting bitches. But it didn't work! Then the dungeon gave birth to such a wonderful monster Oh YES! Such a delight! Though Sir has killed it, surely you wouldn't mind handling these bitches for me?" He spoke with exaggerated grace as if filled to the brim with euphoria. "By the way my name is Jura, Jura Halmer of Rudra familia."
"I see… And is this your full familia?"
"For the most part, yes sir."
"Is this everyone who knows of that monster?"
"Yes sir!"
"Good, now die."
Ceraunius had moved so unbelievably fast that the Rudra familia had no idea what happened until they started falling apart while he just walked away, and stood practically towering over Alise, he was 5 inches over 6 foot, compared to Alise who was a foot shorter.
"So you're the ones Alfia chose to sacrifice herself to… Don't be stupid and waste it like you almost did just now. I'd never forgive you. Now go on and get out of here, my wife and I are on a date. You'll just be in the way."
"Awe, I wanted to tease them a little more, Cera."
"No need, I'm sure we'll meet again. Remember we didn't come here to babysit others."
"Yeah, we need to find something worthy to level up off of."
"Shame that thing didn't spawn on the floor like 60 something, that might have been a fun battle."
"Right as always. Alright, bye bye ladies, don't get yourself into too much trouble now."
The two people left the scene, leaving behind a very confused Astraea familia.
"Captain, who were they, Evilus?"
"No, I think… Maybe… They were Zeus and Hera members. I felt like I was staring into like 5 Ottars at full power all wrapped up in a single package."
"Well, Rudra familia is gone now, we need to report this to the guild… Leaving out the monster he killed. Keeping their presence here a secret will be doing them a favor."
"Yep, alright, lets… Ryuu, Celty, what's wrong?"
"They were spirits… Greater ones. I think?" Celty managed to utter.
"They looked very human to me."
"That's why I'm confused…" Ryuu said, falling to her knees.
Soon the girls all gathered their thoughts and managed to make their way up to the Under Garden to take a much needed rest before continuing. Some puked their guts up from the fear now settling in. Others undressed and went to wash up, as if the water would wash away their confusions and fright.
