The next morning, in Stardust Garden, as the light just barely started peaking over the city's walls, Ceraunius, and Gamelia were sparring with each other. To them it was just a little bit of a warm up exercise to tackle the day properly.
And of course, Ceraunius wore his tunic only covering his waist and thighs, ending just over his knees. Gamelia, wore a similar common tunic made from the same cotton material, though hers was fully worn, but it still kept with her proper ideal color, a royal blue, while her husband's was just a faded white, and starting to fall apart. Though it would last through the rest of the training for sure.
Ryuu had woken up early, wanting to come outside to see the flowers under the morning light. Though she stopped as another person had the same idea, and was stuck in the doorway leading to the garden/training field.
"Oh, Celty, did you come to see the flowers too?"
"Ehe? No, I came to see the muscles." Celty answered, eyeing the freaky looks of such a powerful and chiseled frame moving as if made of wind and rapids. "They're so good. You like them too, don't you?"
"EEP! No, I most certainly do not!" Ryuu adamantly protested, with an embarrassed volume that woke up the house.
"Ahaha! Good morning. Celty, Ryuu too. Did you come to get a warm up as well?" Ceraunius waved with a smile.
"EEP! Uh, warm up? No, I, uh, no, y-y-you h-h-have Lady G-Gamelia for that, r-r-right?" Ryuu went as red as Alise's hair, shrieking with nothing but pervy thoughts.
"Ryuu, I don't think he meant that… Perhaps Kaguya's right, you're a real pervert Ryuu." Celty teased.
Ryuu jumped in place and ran off for a moment, then ran back, and gave a bow before running away again to hide in her room away from all of the pervy thoughts, though they most definitely followed her. She got up, ran out of her room, and crawled into Astraea's arms, who smiled at the cute little elf who just cozied right up to her.
"I swear, I'm not pervy. I'm not." That was the first thing she said, still with a bright red face.
"Pfft, it's nothing to be ashamed of dear child, but I think you should try to control it. Ceraunius would never act on any of your thoughts, so he's the perfect man to help you adjust."
"EEP!" Ryuu only heard a portion of what Astraea said, and in her embarrassment she tried to flee again, but… that wasn't going to happen.
Astraea hugged Ryuu tight, with a smile. "You think you're getting away from me, my cute little girl comes crawling into my arms, I'm going to enjoy this." She said, all giggly. "You'll let me enjoy this, right?" She asked, which only added to the teasing.
Back with Ceraunius and Gamelia, and their peeping tom, Celty, Ardee came walking over rubbing her eyes, and yawning. "Good morning Celty. What was that shriek from earlier? It sounded like someone saw Ryuu naked?"
"Well, I exposed her pervy thoughts to her. And then she ran around the house trying to hide from them. Now she's in Lady Astraea's bed getting hugged… And I'm jealous of her." Celty said with a cute little half pout.
"Oh, good morning big brother Cera, big sister Lia." Ardee said, noticing the two with a smile and wave. "You seem all warmed up already…"
"Did you want to warm up too, we got room?" Gamelia smiled, completely fine with nicknames.
"Oh really! I'd love that, come on Celty, it's training time."
"Huh, with spirits… I-I'm not worthy… Am I?" Celty finally started panicking.
"Of course you are. Now come on."
A few minutes later, Ardee and Celty were laying on the ground, breathing heavily.
"Hmm, looks like we're going to have to dial it back a bit more than that before getting them into the groove." Gamelia said, with a slightly worried expression.
"Yeah, but it's fine. They'll grow, and quickly too." Ceraunius said with a smile looking up to the morning sky. "They're all talented, and what's more, willing to learn." Then a smirk came to his lips. "Even if one of them is so pervy she's gone right around the circle to be obstinate about it."
"She's like Zeus, if he got embarrassed instead of excited." Gamelia giggled.
"Yeah, well I suppose I should go help with breakfast."
"Hmm? You're not on breakfast duty yet?" Ardee asked.
"Well, Gamelia and I are heading out today. We have to get our statuses unlocked, and bring the twins back with us."
"I bet they'll love coming to a familia full of the citizens' heroes." Gamelia smirked, closing the distance to Ceraunius, and they wrapped an arm around each other.
"Heroes… I love hero stories. I've got almost every book out there, including some limited editions!"
Gamelia and Ceraunius looked at each other and started giggling.
"Hmm? What's so funny?" Ardee pouted.
"Oh nothing, just that we happen to know of a series you definitely do not have. We can get it for the familia, but I must warn, it will result in us being gone a little longer than we planned."
"Why's that?"
"Because Gamelia has to copy it by hand. Only she, and Hera are allowed to write that story. The only thing I'm allowed to do is remove the explicit scenes so Zeus doesn't get any ideas about peeping into the past… Not that he hasn't already done that though…"
"Books written by Lady Hera herself!!! Stories about the members of your familia!! I'd love to read them, it'll be the closest I'll ever get to knowing them. It would be amazing if you could get those books. Please, please."
"Pfft, we'll ask to make copies when we see Hera today."
"Today?"
"Yes, the two of us can clear quite a bit of distance, rather quickly. About 3 days journey by carriage in less than a day."
"Amazing."
"Alright, I'll go get dressed and start helping out with breakfast. I'll make a nice big one for everyone to thoroughly enjoy!"
