"Okay."
Chloe didn't refuse.
She was overjoyed that Jasper Shaw had the time to go to the old family home with her.
With that, she took out her keys and opened the door.
Walking over to the shoe cabinet, she found Jasper Shaw his slippers.
"I'm going to take a shower first."
Chloe turned to look at the man who was changing into his slippers and asked, "It might take a little while. Are you busy?"
Jasper Shaw looked up and immediately replied, "Not busy. Take your time."
Chloe finally nodded.
Just then, Jasper Shaw suddenly asked, "You were panting and out of breath when you ran up just now. It looked like someone was chasing you. What's all that about?"
He had seen Chloe's voice message as soon as he got back to the company last night.
He had originally planned on working just one hour of overtime, but to make sure he could go to the old family home with Chloe, he ended up pulling an all-nighter.
