From the depths of his exhaustive research—years of labor, countless experiments, and intricate analyses—Dan arrived at a staggering realization: Chakra, the mysterious fundamental energy of this world, is in reality a tangible form of physical energy. It is not a metaphysical or imaginary spiritual concept as many might believe.
This discovery was monumental. It altered his entire perspective and opened new corridors of understanding, explaining phenomena that had long remained obscure. Back in his original world, while watching the Naruto anime as mere entertainment, he had viewed Chakra as purely fictional—a narrative device, a piece of sci-fi fantasy. To him, it was no different from the claims of "New Age" spiritualists or religious zealots who spoke of chakras, auras, and cosmic energies. He had dismissed such things as baseless myths, fraudulent scams, and pseudo-scientific nonsense.
But everything changed when he was thrust into this new reality.
When he personally attempted to refine and extract Chakra from his own vessel, he did not require the chanting of moronic mantras or the recitation of ridiculous incantations found in the grimoires of his old world's charlatans. No "Om... let the cosmic energy flow." None of that. Instead, he refined Chakra through a process that was entirely natural and straightforward once his body reached the requisite level of physical and mental maturity.
Physically, it required a robust constitution and developed muscles. Mentally, it demanded an elite level of concentration. All he had to do was close his eyes, focus inward, and feel the two core energies—Physical and Spiritual—before slowly merging them. The experience was akin to waking a dormant organ; it was like learning to utilize a muscle he never knew he possessed. It was activated simply by fulfilling specific biological conditions.
No magic. No superstition. No bizarre rituals. This was the reality of refining Chakra.
This early experimental insight eventually led him to a much deeper conclusion: If Chakra is a real physical energy—measurable, usable, and capable of interacting with the material world—then the very fabric of this universe is fundamentally different from his original home. The physics are not the same.
On Earth, the universe is governed by four fundamental forces:
Gravity
Electromagnetism
The Strong Nuclear Force
The Weak Nuclear Force
In that world, there are no exceptions; everything is explained by these four pillars. But in this world, there is a Fifth Force—an additional law of nature: Natural Energy, the very foundation of Chakra.
Once Dan accepted that Chakra was a physical energy birthed from this Fifth Law, the subsequent deductions fell into place like pieces of a grand puzzle. From a precise physical perspective, Chakra can be defined as a force capable of selectively accelerating or decelerating molecular vibrations with incredible speed and accuracy.
All matter—solid, liquid, or gas—consists of vibrating molecules. Faster vibrations result in higher temperatures, while slower vibrations lower them. Chakra exerts direct control over this oscillation. By accelerating it, one creates immense heat, fire, and combustion. By slowing it, one induces extreme cold and ice. It acts selectively upon matter to create diverse effects.
Furthermore, Chakra can directly break and reform chemical bonds without the need for extreme external conditions like massive pressure or complex chemical catalysts. Atomic bonds are usually formidable, requiring vast energy to sever, yet Chakra slices through them with ease, rearranging the chemical structure to alter the nature of matter itself—turning mud into solid rock or water into acid.
It also acts as a microscopic magnet at the atomic level, attracting or repelling particles without physical contact. This allows a user to gather water vapor from the air, condensing it into liquid water, or rearrange the atoms of soil and stone to construct defensive walls.
The grand conclusion was clear: Chakra is not merely a formless, mystical "energy." It is a functional force of physical interaction. This explains the mechanics of elemental attacks perfectly. How does fire appear from nowhere? Chakra violently accelerates the surrounding air molecules until they ignite. How does water manifest? Chakra attracts and gathers dispersed water vapor, condensing it into a liquid state.
Dan termed this Fifth Force the "Force of Rupture," for it possessed the unique ability to bend, manipulate, and even break the other four laws of physics.
Yet, a massive question loomed on the horizon: What is the exact nature of Yin and Yang?
Spiritual Energy (Yin) and Physical Energy (Yang)—what are their precise physical properties? And why does Yin carry consciousness? How can energy harbor awareness?
These were deep, almost philosophical questions, but they were vital. Dan suspected that the answer to this riddle would open even greater doors—perhaps finally explaining the true nature of souls and their interaction with reality.
