I watched Clarissa's expression as the judge sentenced her to life in prison, a fitting punishment for what she had done to Lara, Aurora, and me.
I expected her to show at least a hint of despair, but there was not even a sliver of change in her expression. She seemed... happy? As if she was expecting something good would come soon after this trial ended.
