After finishing at the student council office Blaze followed Sona's instructions and went straight to the occult research clubs building, arriving to find that everyone was already there
"Blaze, perfect timing, I was just about to send Kiba to go look for you" smiled Rias "we'll have to get you a phone so that we have some way to contact you"
"I guess that would be helpful, I never really needed one before now as I didn't have anyone who I needed to talk to, that and it made it so that when people asked for my phone number I could tell them I didn't have one and cause a riot when everyone else asks the same question" replied Blaze
"Ufufu" chuckled Akeno "a wise descision, I still remember the day that Rias got a text from her brother during school and everyone in the academy had heard about the fact that Rias had a phone by the end of the day, the next day her locker was filled with letters asking for her phone number
"Don't remind me" sighed Rias "we'll make sure that your phone is delivered to your house as secretly as possible, would the same design as mine be alright with you" she asked showing her quite high tech phone
"Sure, I don't mind the brand" shrugged Blaze
"Your first present from Rias" joked Herm "first is a present, next comes the love letters and before you know it she'll be sharing a bed with you" she squealed
"This isn't a fucking dating game, just because I like her doesn't automatically mean that she's going to end up liking me" retorted Blaze, her words hurting herself more than she thought they would
"Fantastic" Rias clapped "now, I don't know if Sona told you about why we've gathered today"
As if by cue a flaming magical circle appeared in the room, the wind blowing like a small storm
"Rias, it is I, the great Riser-sama, your fiance, I have come to see you" said the man who stepped out of the circle
"Wow, that was pointlessly flashy" complained Blaze
"Ah Rias, I see you have gained a new servant, you have great taste in beauties, it seems we have more in common than I thought" he grinned, devouring Blaze's body with his eyes
"Oh for fucks sake not another pervert" Blaze groaned
"She has a personality as well" Riser grinned "I look forward to when we are married so that I may add her to my harem along with you and your queen Rias" he smiled
"I have never agreed to marry you Riser, this arrangement was decided by our families and I have never accepted it" scowled Rias
"Whether you accept it or not is not for you to decide" Riser gloated "it has already been decided, if you keep complaining maybe I'll just take what is mine right here and now" he said while licking his lips
"That will not do Riser-sama" said a voice from the side
"When the hell" Blaze reacted, not having sensed her presence until she spoke just now
"Grayfia" blurted out Rias
"Riser-sama, if you dare try to sully Rias-sama again in such a manner I'm sure both families would understand if my master was to nulify this marriage agreement" informed Grayfia, looking at him with a serious expression
Flatering Riser took a step back "tch, if the strongest queen says so there is nothing that I can do about it"
"Because of your sudden outburst I believe that Rias-sama will be pleased to hear that due to her insistance at not marrying Riser both families have come up with a solution, a rating game" Grayfia said with a calm expression
"If Rias-sama is to win the marriage will be off as it will show that she is strong enough to stand without relying on the Phenex family and will survive long enough to find her own husband" she explained looking at Rias "on the other hand if Riser-sama was to win it would show that Rias needs someone to protect her and Riaser-sama is strong enough to be the person to do so and the marriage will happen before it was originally scheduled to" she said turning to look at him
"Fine by me" declares Riser confidently "I have my beautiful peerage by my side and the powers of the phoenix, I cannot lose" clicking his fingers and another flaming circle with winds blowing around the room, 15 women appearing from it
"Although I know this is how my family plans to force me to accept my marriage but I accept, I will take any possible way to get out of this marriage" Rias declared with determination
"That is the kind of woman that I want as my bride" gloated Riser, confident of his victory "to show honor to your bravery to battle thus Riser-sama I will graciously allow you one week of training to prepared yourself before the rating game, with your intelligence maybe you could come up with some tactics that will entertain me" he sneered "although maybe you should use it to prepare yourself to be my bride" he laughed, moving over to his peerage to leave
"Can I ask a question before you leave?" chimed in Blaze
"What is it my flaming haired beauty" Riser replied acting like a gentleman to the new beauty he was meeting
"You come in here making a big specticale: flames, wind, flashy clothes and a whole harem of beautiful girls making a show of this whole thing" she says
Riser's face lights up believeing her to be complimenting him "I did, now what is your question?"
