Arriving at the school the student council had already enveloped the area in a barrier
"Rias, it is good that you made it here so quickly" Sona commented
"Thanks to you contacting me" Rias replied "has there been any change in the situation?"
"Not yet, but considering the amount of power that I can feel coming from within the barrier I will tell you that you are in for a difficult battle"
"Our aim is to win if possible and to stall for time in case we can't, my brother and your sister have been notified of the situation" Rias explained
"WHY WOULD YOU TELL ONEE-SAMA!" Sona exclaimed in shock, her stern personality breaking before sighing "please just finish things here before she arrives, I don't want to go through thawing the amount of ice she produces again after last time"
"Well with onii-sama coming as well he should be able to help" Rias said sympathetically putting her hand on Sona's shoulder "but me and my peerage will do our best to make sure it doesn't get to that situation"
"Please do" moaned Sona, already developing a headache over the fact that her sister was on the way
"Have Kiba or Xenovia arrived yet?" asked Blaze from the side
"Neither of them have been sighted as of this moment" answered Tsubaki
"When they do turn up let them in, any additional help will help and I feel like at the very least Kiba needs to be here considering Valper Galilei is present" Blaze advised
"What does this Valper guy have to do with Kiba" asked Saji
"Well... it's like this" Blaze explained to Saji, telling him of Kiba's past
"I'll make sure he gets inside to deal with his past" Saji sobbed through his tears "I never knew that handsome guy had been through so much" wiping his eyes with his sleeves
"Focus on maintaining the barrier Saji" Sona ordered
"Yes, Kaichou" responded Saji as he poured more of his magic into the barrier, his eyes still slightly red
"Now then, Rias please enter and deal with this problem before onee-sama arrives" Sona stated, a small hole opening in the barrier to let the group through "I wish you the best of luck"
"Thank you Sona, we will do what we can to defeat those who await us" Rias smiled confidently as the group made there way in, the dome sealing behind them
After walking through the main buildings they reached the doors leading to the field, the group steeling themselves as they pushed the door open to reveal the 4 pieces of Excalibur placed in a magic circle, Valper focuising on maintaining the circle, Freed standing guard looking ready to pounce on anyone who got near and a figure wearing a black cloak sitting on a throne suspended in mid-air
"Hoh, so someone has come in to fight me" smiled the figure
"You are... Kokabiel!" exclaimed Rias in shock
"Indeed I am" he said proudly "and you must be a Gremory, that red hair of yours reminds me of your brother, tell me, is he on his way here? I would love to fight against him again" a vicious smile forming on his face"
"He is indeed, but he will not be necessary as I plan to defeat you before he arrives" Rias declared, her demonic power flowing out of her
"Hrm, it does seem like you have more power than I had heard" responded Kokabiel, raising an eyebrow "but to be sure of that first you must defeat my pets, if you can't there is no point in fighting you myself" clicking his fingers more magical circles appeared on the ground and 2 multi headed dogs appearing from the ground as a light barrier seperated him, Freed and Valper from the battle
"Cerberus and Orthus, but how" Akeno commented
"Not as big as they should be, must be offspring" noted Koneko
"Indeed little devil, even one such as I can not get ahold of the originals, but getting 2 of their offspring is not difficult and they work well enough for what I use them for" sneered Kokabiel before ordering the dogs "tear them apart"
The two dogs lunged forwards towards the group with ferocious intensity
"Blaze, Koneko, you two take care of the Orthus, Akeno and I will deal with the Cerberus" Rias commanded as she drew the beast away from the two girls
"Got it" responded Blaze
"Yes buchou" muttered Koneko as they went to intercept the beast
"I'll hold them in place, you go for it's weak spots, I don't know if it's a boy or a girl but if it's a boy you know where to strike" Blaze told Koneko as she activated her empowering technique, charging forward and grabbing the 2 heads and pining them under her armpits to hold them in place as it clawed at her, her defences strong enough with her magical enhancements to take little damage from the flailing claws
"It's a girl" Koneko stated having moved round to the back "good thing I know where to hit to deal with dogs" Koneko stated, unleashing a heavy kick to the beasts ribs, a crunching sounc ringing out as the beast wailed, it's struggling visibly slowing down
"Now that you've stopped struggling, time to go to sleep" Blaze stated, squeezing harder and chocking both dogs heads into unconciousness, laying down the large body
"Nice work the two of you" praised Rias as she unleashed a mass of destructive demonic energy at the cerberus, destroying it completely
"You could have let me have a bit more fun" Akeno sighed due to Rias's increased power making dealing with the Cerberus easy
"LOOK OUT!" Blaze shouted at the 2 women, another Cerberus and Orthus appearing from the magical circles that glowed once again, Akeno and Rias both to far away for her to get to in time as she had already deactivated her enhancement magic
Just as the 2 women were about to be devoured the Cerberus was impaled by multiple demonic swords that erupted out of the ground and both of the Orthus's head were removed in a single sword strike
"Looks like you could use some help" Xenovia smiled as she landed next to the headless beast
"I swear that timing is to good to be a coincidence" Blaze thought
"Valper, I'm here to kill you so that you can feel the pain that me and my companions felt when you disposed of us" Kiba stated, pointing his sword at Valper
"As if I cared about some little test subjects" Valper sighed with boredom "but since you cared about them so much here, have this" he said chucking a small glistening crystal at his feet "here's your companions back, or at least what's left of their energy"
Kiba gently knelt down and picked up the crystal "I'm sorry I was the only one" he relented, squeezing the crystal in his hand
"Time for Kiba to reach Balance Breaker" thought Blaze as the scene from the anime began to appear before her.
