Screen 1
As the crew sailed onward, they were suddenly shocked to see a Sea Train racing across the ocean toward Water 7.
Sonic stared at it for a moment and said,
"Wait… this is the first train I've ever seen in my life."
Then he looked at the tracks crossing the sea and added,
"I thought trains only move on land."
When they finally reached Water 7, the crew planned to find the best shipwrights in the world to repair the Going Merry.
Sonic quietly looked at the ship and then turned to Usopp.
"I'm not sure this ship can really be fixed," he said carefully.
As expected, Usopp clearly didn't like hearing that.
Screen 2
At Water 7, Kaku, a shipwright from the Galley-La Company, carefully inspected the Going Merry.
After checking the hull and the keel, he gave the crew the devastating news: the ship's keel was beyond repair, and it could no longer safely continue the journey.
Sonic lowered his eyes for a moment and said quietly to Usopp,
"I said this before…"
Then, more gently, he added,
"I know you didn't want to believe it."
Usopp's expression immediately tightened, clearly still unable to accept the truth about the Merry.
Screen 3
After hearing Kaku's verdict, Monkey D. Luffy made the painful decision to leave the Going Merry behind and buy a new ship so the crew could continue their journey.
Sonic stood beside Luffy and nodded.
"Luffy… you're right," he said quietly. "We can't keep sailing if the ship breaks apart with everyone on it."
The moment Usopp heard that, he turned angrily toward Sonic.
"So you think so too?" Usopp snapped.
Sonic looked confused for a second and replied,
"Usopp… why are you angry?"
Usopp clenched his fists and said,
"I don't like this. I don't accept it. And I don't like you saying it either."
The tension rose fast, and Usopp challenged Sonic to a duel.
The fight was emotional more than physical. Usopp fought with anger and heartbreak, while Sonic tried to hold back.
In the end, Sonic won the duel.
Breathing heavily, he looked at Usopp and then at the Going Merry.
"If this ship means that much to you," Sonic said softly, "then stay with her tonight."
He stepped back and left the ship in Usopp's care.
Screen 4
The peaceful atmosphere of Water 7 suddenly shattered when the city's mayor, Iceburg, was attacked by masked intruders during the night.
Soon after, shocking news spread through the city that Nico Robin had been seen with the attackers and was somehow involved.
When Sonic heard this, he froze in disbelief.
"What… Robin?" he said, clearly shocked.
He frowned and looked toward the dark streets of Water 7.
"No way. Something about this doesn't feel right."
Screen 5
The tension in Water 7 exploded when Franky confronted Monkey D. Luffy over what happened to the Franky Family after the Straw Hats took back their stolen money.
As the argument turned into a fight, Franky's group rushed in to back him up.
Sonic stepped forward before they could surround Luffy.
Moving at high speed through the street, he darted between the Franky Family members, knocking them aside with quick strikes and dodges.
One after another, the group was forced back as Sonic kept them away from the main fight.
Just then, the Galley-La Company shipwrights arrived at the scene, making the already chaotic situation even worse.
