Rahim and Karim slowly walked out of the cave. Both of them were still thinking about the strange man.
Karim said, "Rahim, that man was very dangerous."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. He knows about the crystal. That means he may come back again."
Karim looked worried.
"What if he tries to take the crystal from us?"
Rahim held the crystal tightly.
"We will not let that happen," he said.
The forest was dark and quiet.
The boys walked carefully and quickly reached the old house.
They went inside and locked the door.
Karim said, "Now we are safe."
Rahim shook his head.
"No. That man knows this place. He can come here anytime."
Karim became serious.
"Then what should we do?"
Rahim thought for a moment.
"We need to hide the crystal," he said.
Karim agreed.
"Yes. That is a good idea."
Rahim looked around the room.
Then he said, "The secret room is the safest place."
Karim nodded.
"Yes. No one knows about it."
The boys went down to the hidden room.
Rahim carefully placed the crystal inside a small wooden box.
Then he hid the box behind some old books.
Karim said, "Now no one can find it easily."
Rahim smiled.
"Yes. But we must still be careful."
They sat down and started thinking.
Karim asked, "Who is that man?"
Rahim said, "Maybe he is someone who knows the history of this house."
Karim said, "Or maybe he wants the crystal for its power."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. The book said the crystal can show hidden secrets. Maybe he wants that power."
Karim looked serious.
"We must learn more about him."
Rahim agreed.
"Yes. But first, we need to understand the crystal better."
Karim said, "Let's use the book again."
Rahim took the old book and opened it.
They started reading carefully.
After some time, Rahim found something important.
"Karim, look at this," he said.
Karim moved closer.
The page showed a drawing of a man and the crystal.
Rahim read the words slowly.
"It says… 'The one who controls the crystal can unlock great power. But if used wrongly, it can bring danger.'"
Karim looked worried.
"That means the man can use it for bad things."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. That is why we must stop him."
Karim said, "But how?"
Rahim thought for a moment.
Then he said, "We need to find out who he is."
Karim agreed.
"Yes. Maybe someone in the village knows him."
Rahim said, "Good idea. We will ask tomorrow."
The next morning, Rahim and Karim went to the nearby village.
They walked around and looked for anyone who might know about the old house.
After some time, they saw an old man sitting near a tea stall.
Rahim said, "Let's ask him."
They went to the old man.
Rahim asked politely, "Do you know anything about the old house near the forest?"
The old man looked at them carefully.
"Yes, I know that house," he said.
Karim asked, "Do you know if anyone else goes there?"
The old man became quiet for a moment.
Then he said, "There is a man… people say he often goes near that house."
Rahim and Karim looked at each other.
Rahim asked, "Who is he?"
The old man said, "His name is Mr. Roy. He is a strange man. He studies old things and secrets."
Karim whispered, "That must be him."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes."
Rahim asked, "Is he dangerous?"
The old man said, "People say he is very clever. And he always looks for hidden treasures."
Karim felt worried.
Rahim said, "Thank you for telling us."
The boys walked away.
Karim said, "So his name is Mr. Roy."
Rahim nodded.
"Yes. And he wants the crystal."
Karim said, "We must be careful now."
Rahim said, "Yes. We must protect the crystal and stop him."
They returned to the old house.
The house was quiet again.
But now they knew something important.
They were not alone in this mystery.
And the danger was growing.
Rahim said, "This is not just an adventure anymore."
Karim nodded.
"Yes. It is becoming serious."
Rahim looked at the hidden room.
"We must be ready for anything."
Karim said, "We will face it together."
Both boys felt stronger.
They knew the next steps would be more difficult.
But they were ready.
The mystery of the old stone was getting bigger every day...
