Chapter 11: Kidnapped
Jay-Jay's POV
I stared at the board.
Sir Alvin wrote formulas slowly.
The chalk scratched.
Everyone was quiet.
Too quiet.
I felt their eyes on me.
Section E.
Behind me.
Waiting.
I didn't turn around.
My pen moved.
Copying the lesson.
Even though I wasn't really reading.
David whispered beside me.
"Jay-Jay… are you okay?"
I nodded once.
C_in tapped his pen.
Restless.
Sir Alvin finished writing.
The bell rang.
Lunch break.
I grabbed my bag.
Percy was waiting.
"Come on," he said softly.
We walked toward the park near the school.
He had pizza.
We sat on a bench.
Sun on our faces.
We ate in silence.
Talked a little.
It felt safe.
Normal.
Break ended.
I stood.
"I should head back," I said.
Percy nodded.
"Okay. I'll walk you to the street."
The Kidnapping
A black car stopped beside me.
Before I could react, the door opened.
Two men jumped out.
They grabbed me.
I struggled.
I screamed.
"Jay-Jay!" Percy shouted.
They shoved me inside.
The engine roared.
The car sped away.
Percy froze.
Then ran toward Section E.
Percy's POV
I reached Section E as fast as I could.
Breathless.
"Jay-Jay's been kidnapped!" I shouted.
David froze.
"What? How?"
"They… they took her in a car! I saw it!"
Yuri's voice tense.
"Where? Where is she now?"
"I don't know! The car's gone!"
I pulled out my phone.
"We need to go. Now!"
Section E grabbed their things.
"Let's move!" Yuri yelled.
We ran toward the streets.
Every second burned.
Keifer's POV
Phone vibrated.
Unknown number.
From: +634*********
Message: We saw your girlfriend.
We kidnapped her.
You have 30 minutes to save her.
If you don't… you will regret it.
Photo attached.
Jay-Jay.
Inside the car.
Guilt hit me hard.
I had ignored her.
Pretended not to care.
Now she was in danger.
I forced calm.
Cold.
Controlled.
No one could see my panic.
But inside… my heart was breaking.
I thought of her smile.
Her laugh.
The way her hair fell over her face.
Her little frown when she was concentrating.
Every memory burned like fire.
I typed a quick message.
To Percy and Section E: She's in a black car, heading east on Main Street. Be careful.
Sent.
I gritted my teeth.
Engine roaring.
100 km/h.
Shortcut after shortcut.
Every second mattered.
I whispered her name.
"Jay… I'm coming."
Every heartbeat.
Every thought.
Every breath.
She was mine.
And no one would touch her.
