The figure flew away and flew all the way to a high building. It was night and he could see the wide view of the city, getting the chance to observe it from this distance with no heroes or villains here to disrupt this moment. But it was immediately distrustful as a paper flew by and he knew what's about to happen as on the paper had the name of this person known as The Wind Specter. He then sat up and prepared for his next run in the night as the Wind Specter is known for his vigilante work across the country, though he is also not the only vigilante in the city, as in different parts of Japan there is always a vigilante working for a self sacrificing reason even if it cost them their life. The Wind Specter was no different as he has a special quirk called wind construct, his quirk allows him to create many creations by the density of the wind forming it into anything from his imagination or will. By the thought he can create humanoid wind construct, weapons like blades, hammers, or even large hands to pick up and throw or push others away as there are more ways he can use wind construct in different situations that he is put in.
But, as of right now he is flying in the air, from above he saw some villains trying to break into a store, but the Wind Specter summoned his wind constructs and easily defeated the robbers and saved some hostages where they were robbing. Another was secretly helping a hero as he uses his wind constructs to move the civilians out of the way letting the hero fight with no civilians around. Though some heroes don't think of him as a hero as he is a vigilante without a hero license as some heroes do try to bring him down, but he is always two steps ahead because he can fly fast or use his wind constructs to distract the heroes as he blends into the background. Sometimes keeping a low profile or going incognito is something the Wind Specter is too familiar with as it felt routinely since he started becoming a vigilante.
When The Wind Specter is done with his run he flies back as in the air he is picking a certain direction carefully following his routes and landmarks as he went into a secret hideout in one of the abandoned buildings.
Inside the hideout he took out his gauntlets cleaning them after a hard day of work. But as he cleans his gauntlets he looked at something from afar, and someone approaches him. It was a core levitating towards him, it cannot speak but can communicate telepathically as wind suddenly surrounds the core as it took form showing a humanoid female appearance, the body was tall and slim and was a pale light tan skin with her long white hair dangling with one blue streak on her bangs, her expression was emotionless.
"Hello, father you are back from your mission" the core spoke telepathically to him
"I am, have you been keeping up with your training"
The core nodded "good, I'm sure Akaguro knows what he's doing"
"What is my objective?"
"Next year you will be enrolling into UA. Your identity is slowly getting forged but it will be needing another year to take"
"I understand then what is my identity"
"You are going by Whirl Azumaki, you are a transfer student from Europe, and your quirk will be 'Hurricane' and when you get in ensure to not draw attention and use this quirk your granted it sparingly as it is another form of wind construct who will be in your command as it is apart of you"
"I understand father, but does uncle know"
"Uncle?"
"Uncle Morilio, does he know about your plans to observe the heroes from within"
"Right you call him that" The Wind Specter clears his throat. "He does, but it will take time for your enrollment to process, remember what you learn right"
The core now known as Whirl nodded "and if I may asked, if I want to understand the human world better then may I explore"
"There will be a time, but you still need more understanding with this quirk I have given to you"
"I understand, I will learn more of what my 'quirk' is and perfect my human disguise for my objective" Whirl then walked away from the Wind Specter to practice and learn for her upcoming enrollment next year. While the Wind Specter takes in a deep breath as this plan will be more than for creation, this is for his daughter to observe and understand the hero society.
