When a month has passed the class trained themselves for the exam as they suddenly began to hear whispers about class 1a and class 1b. Most thought it would be about how they have nineteen students, but most words that were heard weren't some sort of jealousy as it felt like praise and respect for class 1a. They also heard there was some titles given to class 1a, The Hybrids, for their major adaptive work with one another. But they also heard that class 1b was also given a title as despite only having actual twenty students in class 1b they were called by students the Vanguards for how they act like a single unit. Each class would surprisingly take great pride for being recognized for each efforts.
But in the classroom, Hayami began to make his announcement as the provisional hero license exam has begun and he needs his class to follow him and bring their hero gear as a few months ago, some of the class 1a headed for the support district and grabbed some gear to aid them for their quirks, against villains, or rescuing civilians.
They walked into a bus and were driven far to a large stadium where they will be tested by not just their class, but every hero course classes in 1a from different schools. Inside they first needed to prepare and put on their hero suits as no one from other schools would go easy on them, and since they have heard that class 1a in UA was a student short, they felt they have the advantages in numbers, but little did they know that they know how to adapt to any situations.
Then each class was put on large platforms separated from the other classes, as they made one last plan to stick with each other. They all agreed as when they were in the wide opened area with many station zones the bell ran and the announcer's voice told them to start. Each student showed their work as they fired off their quirks and most were towards the students in UA as balls thrown at them, and each student had three targets on their cannot let the three circles ge hit a they will fail if all three glowed red, and the only way to get in is to take down at least one or more enemy and survive till there are enough students that can move on.
Meanwhile back on the battlefield where students fired their quirks at the class, but they were deflected back thanks to the others firing theirs and Mizuno telling where to aim. Then Senda and Flare made a barrier around them protecting them from the others.
"Good work team, but we need to get moving. There are too many here, we need to spread, Delmon, Fennal give us a path!"
They nodded as they began to make a path Delmon dug underground as Fennal made a path under the tunnel for everyone to go into as the barrier was destroyed by a powerful blast. But that blast that happened was forced to make the others split from the tunnels. Each person then resurfaces from the tunnels they noticed they were separated from the others.
The first was Hino and Sachi as she had shielded him from the blast, they looked around as they realized they were still being attacked by other quirk users. Some fired ice, and some fired sludge, Hino quickly blasted it away. "We need to move, we're sitting ducks" they ran away from them as they narrowly avoided the balls at them. But Hino suddenly stepped on something sticky making his feet unable to move, Sachi noticed it and as to fend him off against the enemy as she swung her mochi limbs at them but she couldn't handle the other students' offensive attacks as she felt like she might lose. But then Delmon and Fennal appeared from the ground as Delmon threw his spikes at them, and Fennal made a path over the sticky substance for Sachi to go up and go up and pull out Hino from the ground as they noticed there was some students unconscious but were not out yet. They took the opportunity to tag them as the four passed and will be waiting for the others to pass the first phase.
At a factory area Hamour, Uni, Poller, and Reiko are running away from students that can throw large objects at them. Reiko saw how easily some of the large objects can be repelled "Hamour strike in back"
Hamour nodded as he looked back and slammed his head into the ground as a large shockwave struck pushing the large objects away from them. "These students from different schools are really getting annoying"
"They still think we're weak just because we have nineteen of us"
"I hope the others are okay"
"They will, we need to get to higher ground"
Hamour then looked at the pipes connected above us and had an idea "then we need to slow them down. Reiko what's the best spot to swing at" Reiko sees where he was pointing at the pipes, she knew what he was planning and pointed towards his right where there was a large pipe. Hamour then quickly slammed his head onto the large pipe and Poller helped sing his newly built sharp claws slashing at the metal. Then it rattled from above the attackers as the pipes fell onto them. "Alright they are out, let's get them out before someone else does" Reiko and Hamour got some students out, as Poller and Uni followed behind. But Uni was suddenly snatched and one of her arms was caught as it was locked onto a metal beam, she fell to the ground with her arm still stuck on the beam. She looked around for the others as she saw one of the students using a quirk called horseshoe throw-able claw that can be thrown and latched onto the opponent and keep it there for a limited amount of time. "So this is one of the students of class 1a in UA, nineteen students we heard" the horseshoe quirk user pointed at himself "names Hamori Kazo of Ketsubatsu Academy" as there were two others behind him "and this here is Lomian Riori, and Ketsu Heturo"
"I don't care about names right now" Uni quickly tries to escape but her one arm stuck wouldn't let go"
"That won't work as my horseshoes has a tight grip" Kazo looked at Heturo giving him the signal to attack as the wheels on his feet spin as his quirk is Turbo as it allows his to go fast like his feel rev with engines. Uni doesn't stand a chance to face off someone against this, but Euro was there as he pulled her away and the locked was phased through, giving Uni's arm to escape.
"You alright?"
"Yeah, thanks Euro"
Euro looks at the three who ambushed her and knows he doesn't stand a chance for the time being, and quickly grabs Uni and teleports away from three students from Ketsubatsu academy.
Elsewhere at a city station, Goshi is fending himself against hordes of students against him, he slashed to the right, sword beam from afar and used his shield to block some of his attacks. They knew Goshi was the strongest in class 1a of UA and aimed for him, but Astral and Senda quickly came as Astral blinded them with her camera and Senda stopped them with his foam, giving Goshi a chance to breathe. Then Blaze came as he was already late to help them "was I that late"
Goshi shook his head "no your right on time, they know I'm a threat and wanted me out as soon as possible" they looked at the unconscious students on the ground as it was expected to see it is possible to see why he was targeted.
"Then we should move, these students looked. Like they won't be getting up"
"What do you mean, we can tag them, and they are not yet no doubt Goshi didn't go too far"
But when a large blast of water was suddenly aiming at them, Goshi quickly slashed it away as if it was a student from Shiketsu high school. The one who blasted a concentrated amount of water looked at them with her hair moving like the waves, she smiled as Astral knew who this person was. "Wait that's Montrail Sinclair from Shiketsu high"
The others looked at her surprised as she shrugs her shoulders "what its not just this school I take photos of"
Montrail smirks and looks at them all "you are indeed correct, I am Montrail Sinclair of Shiketsu high. You have my thanks that I don't need to reveal myself properly" Montrail fired a more concentrated water blast at the as Blaze stepped in blocking the power. "Blaze that would not be a good idea, Montrail's quirk is pressure water, the more she concentrates the more powerful it becomes"
Blaze was suddenly being overwhelmed by the pressurized water as Senda quickly threw a bomb that had some of his foam in and created a barrier as it quickly hardened. But Montrail focused the pressure as it pierced through, as Goshi quickly used his shield to block and redirect the water as it was upgraded later to protect him and made it stronger and durable.
"Go get out of here, no doubt more students of Shiketsu high will be coming soon" the others quickly ran for cover as Goshi began to step closer fighting against the pressurized water. Montrail was impressed and planned to go further, but suddenly they heard some students who have passed the exam so far. Many students include some from UA, another from Ketsubatsu academy, and some students from Shiketsu high, as they heard two names Toko Yaomia, and Hajime Zulu. Montrail smirked and stopped as she grabbed a ball and tagged a few unconscious students letting her pass. Goshi was confused as she smirked "I am here to pass and be a hero, I have no time to waste. You better get going and also pass otherwise you may fail. Montrail walked away as Goshi and the others quickly tagged some others making them pass as well as they later head into the main hub to see as everyone in class 1a passes the exam. The remaining students explained where they were as Euro helped Uni to get some students to pass, Flare and Mizuno were with Kuroda as they blushed out of embarrassment as they enjoyed his company too much as he didn't notice. Doc Doc managed to get some students under his control getting them out, though felt bad as it was the only option for him and Mondo helped him as they are all now prepared to take the next phase for their license exam.
