When Aaika arrived on Earth, she completely changed her appearance and style so that no one would suspect her true identity. However, there was one thing she could never remove—the bracelet on her wrist.
That bracelet could only be removed by Rambh himself. It was also the source of Aaika's powers. Without it, she would become nothing more than an ordinary human.
Meanwhile, Arin had gone on a trip with his friends. It was evening, and everything was going well.
Until Aaika finally found him.
She quietly followed him from a distance. Arin was not alone—he had two friends with him. They had all come on motorbikes and were exploring the forest area.
Aaika watched them carefully, thinking about how she could approach him.
After some time, the trip ended and the boys prepared to leave. They decided to have a race back to town to see who would reach first.
As expected, Arin was leading the race.
But what he didn't know was that Aaika had already made her move.
Earlier, she had secretly cut the fuel pipe of his bike, letting most of the petrol leak out. Only a small amount remained.
As the race continued, Arin's bike slowly lost power.
Soon, his friends sped far ahead, leaving him behind.
Then suddenly—
The bike stopped.
Arin looked confused.
"How is this possible? I filled the tank before coming here…" he muttered.
Just then, a car stopped beside him.
Inside the car was a girl.
Aaika.
She had transformed herself into the appearance of a rich and innocent girl. Even her naturally red eyes were now brown.
She rolled down the window and asked gently,
"Do you need help?"
Arin looked at her—and for a moment, he couldn't look away.
Even though Aaika was a demon, her beauty was far beyond that of any ordinary girl. She looked incredibly attractive and mysterious.
For a few seconds, Arin simply stared.
Then, slightly nervous, he said,
"Actually… the petrol pipe of my bike seems to be cut. All the fuel leaked out."
Aaika smiled softly, though inside she thought,
Of course it did… I was the one who cut it.
She replied,
"If you want, I can drop you somewhere."
Arin said,
"There's a petrol pump nearby. If you drop me there, I can get some fuel."
Aaika shook her head slightly.
"But you said the pipe is cut. The fuel will leak out again."
Arin thought for a moment.
"Then… could you drop me in town? My servants can come and collect the bike later."
Aaika smiled again, thinking to herself,
Good… the plan is working.
But suddenly—
A wolf appeared from the darkness of the forest.
Seeing it, Arin quickly said,
"That animal could be dangerous. You should stay in the car. I'll distract it."
Aaika thought quietly,
Perfect… this will also help me see how strong he really is.
She stayed inside the car while Arin faced the wolf.
Arin tried to fight it bravely, but he was still just a normal human.
The wolf attacked him fiercely and injured him badly. Soon, Arin collapsed on the ground unconscious.
At that moment, Aaika stepped out of the car.
Her expression changed.
Her eyes turned completely red.
She raised her hand toward the wolf.
Without even touching it, an invisible force began choking the creature's throat, lifting it into the air. After a moment, she threw it away.
The wolf fled into the forest in fear.
Aaika looked down at Arin.
"If he can't even defeat a wolf… how could he possibly kill demons?" she murmured.
She used her powers to heal his wounds, making it look as if nothing had happened. Then she erased the memory of the attack from his mind and quietly left him near his home.
After that, she returned to the demon realm.
As soon as she arrived, Rambh asked,
"What happened, Aaika?"
She replied dismissively,
"How can he be a threat to you? He was defeated by a simple wolf."
Rambh shook his head.
"Don't be foolish. He is very clever. He probably knew you were there and held back."
Then Rambh said calmly,
"Go and rest now."
Later, Wish appeared and asked curiously,
"So… how was your day?"
Aaika replied,
"It was strange. He fought that wolf so poorly that I doubt he has any powers at all."
Wish nodded.
"I feel the same… but I will come with you next time. I'm bored staying here."
Aaika sighed.
"Fine. But you must remain invisible."
While talking with Wish, Aaika slowly fell asleep.
Wish disappeared.
After some time, Rambh came to speak with her. But when he saw Aaika sleeping peacefully, a wave of affection filled his heart.
Softly, he said,
"I know it isn't easy… but you will succeed. Unlike your mother, you will never betray me."
Then he quietly left the room.
The next morning, Aaika was about to leave again for Earth.
But Rambh stopped her and said,
"Wait… take this."
To be continued…
