Before Aaika left for Earth again, Rambh stopped her.
"Wait," he said.
He handed her a small bottle of perfume.
"This will hide the scent of a demon," Rambh explained. "Humans must not recognize what you truly are."
Aaika took the perfume silently and left for Earth.
As she traveled, she began thinking about how she would create a connection with Arin. Approaching him directly would not be easy.
Soon she reached the place where Arin lived.
While she was thinking about her next move, she suddenly heard loud shouting nearby.
Curious, she walked toward the noise and saw that two men were fighting. Apparently, a small accident had happened, and the argument had turned violent.
Aaika stepped forward and said calmly,
"You shouldn't fight like this."
One of the men shouted angrily,
"Who will pay for the damage that happened?"
In his anger, the man picked up a stone and threw it toward the other person.
But the stone missed its target.
Instead, it struck Aaika on the head.
Blood began to flow down her forehead.
At that exact moment, Arin arrived.
Seeing what had happened, Arin immediately grabbed the man who threw the stone and slapped him hard.
"Are you insane?" he shouted.
He then forced the man to compensate for the damage and drove him away.
Arin turned toward Aaika with concern.
"You shouldn't have come here. This place can get dangerous," he said.
Aaika remained silent.
Arin continued,
"Come with me. I'll treat that wound."
Aaika had not expected things to happen this way, but she decided to use the situation to her advantage. She pretended to feel dizzy.
Arin quickly caught her before she could fall.
He carefully took her with him and applied medicine to her wound, asking her to rest.
Aaika watched him quietly, wondering how she should continue the conversation.
Finally, Arin asked gently,
"Where do you live?"
Aaika answered smoothly,
"I live in Ravi Nagar. I am the daughter of Mr. Dinesh Malhotra."
Just as she had planned earlier, Aaika had already captured the real daughter of Dinesh Malhotra and taken her place. Using magic, she had made it appear to everyone that she herself was Dinesh Malhotra's daughter.
Arin had heard the name before.
"Oh… I know about Mr. Malhotra," he said.
"If you want, I can drop you at your home."
Aaika nodded politely.
"Thank you."
As they were about to leave, Arin hesitated slightly and then said,
"If you don't mind… would you like to be my friend?"
Aaika didn't want anything to go wrong with her plan, so she replied calmly,
"I will think about it… give me some time."
Arin smiled.
"That's fine."
He then drove her to her house.
When they arrived, Dinesh Malhotra himself came outside. Because of Aaika's magic, he did not realize that she was not his real daughter.
Seeing the wound on her head, he asked worriedly,
"What happened to you?"
Arin explained everything.
Dinesh Malhotra thanked him sincerely.
"Thank you for helping my daughter and bringing her home safely."
Arin replied humbly,
"I'm glad I could help."
Aaika watched quietly, realizing that her plan was slowly working.
When evening came, she returned to the demon realm.
Rambh immediately noticed the wound on her head.
"What happened to you?" he asked.
Aaika explained everything.
Rambh frowned.
"Why didn't you heal the wound with your powers?"
Aaika replied calmly,
"Human injuries don't heal instantly. If it suddenly disappeared, it would make them suspicious."
Rambh looked at her carefully.
For the first time, he realized something surprising—
Aaika was beginning to understand the human world very well.
And that made her even more dangerous.
