The city lights blurred past the windows as Ian drove through the quiet streets.
The chaos of the fire was now far behind them,
but the tension in the car hadn't faded.
İan 's eyes kept shifting between the road and the mirrors.
Again.
And again.
Something wasn't right.
His fingers tightened slightly on the steering wheel.
Then he saw it.
A black car.
Two vehicles behind them.
It had turned when he turned.
And when he slowed down… it slowed too.
İan 's jaw hardened.
Not good.
Tyla noticed the sudden change in his expression.
"İan ?" she asked carefully.
He didn't answer immediately.
Instead, he changed lanes suddenly.
The black car changed lanes too.
Now he was sure.
They were being followed.
İan lowered his voice.
"Stay calm."
Tyla's heart skipped.
"What do you mean
"Someone's behind us," he said quietly.
Her eyes widened.
"What?!"
"Don't panic," he said quickly. "Just stay quiet."
Her mother looked confused. "What's happening?"
İan pressed the accelerator slightly.
The car sped up.
In the mirror, the black car sped up too.
Tyla turned her head slightly, trying to see through the rear window.
All she could see were headlights.
Her chest tightened.
"Are they… the same people?" she whispered.
İan didn't answer.
Because the truth was…
He didn't know.
But it was very possible.
He turned sharply into a narrow street.
The tires screeched softly against the pavement.
The black car followed again.
A cold feeling ran down Tyla's spine.
"İan …"
His voice remained calm, but his eyes were focused.
"I'm going to lose them."
Before she could ask how, he
suddenly took another turn into an even smaller street.
Then another.
The city streets became quieter and darker.
Finally,
he turned off the main road and pulled into the underground parking of a tall apartment building.
The car rolled into the shadows.
He turned off the engine.
Silence.
All three of them listened.
Seconds passed.
Then a minute.
No headlights appeared.
No car entered the parking garage.
İan exhaled slowly.
"They're gone."
Tyla released the breath she didn't realize she had been holding.
Her heart was still racing.
"That was insane,"
she murmured.
İan leaned back in his seat,
running a hand through his hair.
"For tonight… you'll stay here," he said.
Tyla blinked.
"Here?"
"Yes. My place," he replied.
Her mother looked uncertain. "Are you sure it's safe?"
"It's the safest place I have. It's not my usual home. It's my secret place…
He stayed silent for a second.
And it's already full of security.," he said.
She kept looking at him, surprised by what he said.
"You have a secret place?!" she whispered.
"Yeah. Because they're always following me," he said.
"Hmmm," she replied.
But inside, she felt like he was lying and that he had a dangerous life — not just obsessed fans and sasaengs following him. Some of them might even want to kill him.
He stepped out of the car and walked around to open the door for them.
Tyla climbed out slowly.
For a moment they stood in the dim light of the parking garage.
Up close, she could see how tired he looked.
But there was something else too.
Determination.
And danger.
She studied him quietly.
"You deal with things like this a lot?" she asked.
A faint, almost amused smile touched his lips.
"More than I'd like."
Tyla shook her head softly.
"You ran into a fire… then escaped reporters… and now a car chase and a secret place to hide"
She crossed her arms slightly.
"You're not a normal YouTuber, are you?"
For a brief second…
İan froze.
Then he chuckled quietly.
"Maybe I'm just unlucky."
Tyla looked at him for another moment.
Something about him was impossible to read.
But one thing was becoming very clear.
The more time she spent near Ian …
the deeper she was being pulled into
his dangerous world.
I hope you enjoy this new part
