Once the sun began to set, Jessica stopped and got off of him. They were both covered in sweat and their fluids stained the sheets. Jessica was finally satisfied. They got dressed and at Jessica's request, they headed outside for some air. And someone was waiting for them.
Sophia was standing there with arms crossed in her usual baggy outfit. The moment she saw Jason, her eyes lit up and smiled. Jason walked over to her knowing running is futile.
"Good at least the little chicken knows when to come back to its master" she said. She grabbed him by the collar and gave a nod to Jessica.
Jessica smiled back and waved. "Make sure you take good care of him. And don't let him stay up too late!"
"What am I a kid to you too? And how dare you set me up for this."
Jessica winked mischievously at him. "If you want revenge, get stronger and make me submit."

Sophia dragged him to the training room. Once they got inside, she threw him to the ground and closed the door. "Because you tried to get away from me, I'm increasing the intensity. Your going to die this time. A lot." She stepped to the podium and activated something.
The room started to change again. The ceiling started to open and the podium sank into the floor.
"What's happening?" Jason asked backing up.
"This training room is used specifically for a blessed to test himself against specific mythological creatures found in the wild. Your objective is to survive for as long as possible against an endless wave."
'No doubt she will attack as well' Jason thought to himself.
A centaur appeared in front of him and Jason had a flashback to the centaur chasing him through the woods. He shook the memory away and tried to focus on the fight ahead.
Sophia POV
Sophia is using this training session to analyze Jason. She knew he had more than one desire like her but she didn't know what it was. However, she had a suspicion is was related to conflict. Everytime they faced off in a one-on-one, he smiled or grinned at least. She suspected he was a battle junkie or something similar. This training session is to uncover the the truth. Sophia merely wanted to watch and see how things played out during the early practice sessions. So she decided to analyze the way he moves in a stressful situation.
'Jason looked a little afraid' she noted. He backed up a few steps before shaking his head and entered what looked like a combat stance. 'Amateurish. His feet are too close together and his body is standing too tall. If he wishes to survive, I'll have to each him the very basics. Ugh this is going to be a pain.'
The centaur charged and so did Jason. Jason was immediately picked up by the centaur and thrown to the ground only to be stepped on by the beast. Jason's health dropped.

The centaur turned around with his hooves clacking against the floor. Jason stood up and smiled. He began to rais his hand. The centaur charged. Jason summoned a fireball that hit the centaur in the chest slowing its momentum down and blinding it briefly. Jason grabbed the centaurs arm and mounted him.
Sophia's eyes widened. 'Well he's not at least entirely stupid, but can you do enough damage before he throws you off?'
The centaur started rearing on his hind legs and started trying to shake him off. Jason managed to hold on to my by grabbing his shoulder. Jason covered his fist in flames as he punched the centaur in the back. The centaur roared in pain as Jason hit him again. The centaur fell on its side. Jason raised his legs as the centaur fell. Jason then started punching the centaur in the face with a flaming fist until the centaur stopped moving. Jason moved away from the centaur and the podium rose from the floor. The area around the centaur opened and the creature fell through.the hole the filled itself and the room became the exact same as it was when they walked in.
Jason's POV
Jason breathed heavily. He burned halfway through his mana and his vitality was low. But he managed to kill it.

Jason smiled. 'Maybe fighting is the best way to level up,' he thought to himself.
"My suspicion was correct after all," Sophia said.
"What do you mean?" Jason asked confused."
"You are a battle junkie. An individual who likes to fight. The better the opponent, the greater the thrill." Jason's eyes widened as a prompt appeared in front of him. His grin widened.

"So you can handle one." She said. She tapped the podium again and three more appeared. "But how about three at once. Let's keep this up until you break."
Jason gulped. His eyes glanced over the centaurs. Inside he was panicking. 'My only option is to not rely on mana. So this will have to a full physical beatdown. But three is a bit much right?' Jason thought to himself. 'No it's not too much. I'm stronger than I realize. I'm just weak compared to the others. System put the three stat points into mana. Jason started to grin again. Let's try to take at least one down without mana. But the other two I will need it.'
Jason started to initiate a fighting pose signaling that he was ready. A wide appeared on his face.
Sophia looked at him with a smile.
The centaurs began to charge at him.
