Camilla sat quietly in the dimly lit room, her fingers tapping slowly against the arm of her chair.
Her patience was running out.
Across from her stood two men she had hired earlier that evening.
"Well?" she asked coldly. "Did you find her?"
One of the men shifted uncomfortably.
"We went to the apartment you gave us."
"And?" Camilla pressed.
"She wasn't there."
Camilla's eyes narrowed.
"What do you mean she wasn't there?"
The second man spoke.
"But another woman was."
Camilla leaned forward.
"Her sister."
A slow smile appeared on Camilla's lips.
"Well… that works too."

Hours later, Abi sat tied to a chair in an unfamiliar warehouse.
Her heart was racing, but she forced herself to stay calm.
The large metal door opened.
Camilla walked in.
Abi's eyes widened slightly.
"So," Camilla said slowly, circling her, "you're Hazel's sister."
Abi swallowed.
"What do you want?"
Camilla laughed softly.
"What I want… is simple."
She stopped in front of Abi.
"I want your sister to stay away from Luca."
Abi blinked.
"Luca?"
Camilla's eyes burned with anger.
"Yes. The man she stole from me."
Abi lowered her gaze, pretending to think.
Then she laughed bitterly.
Camilla frowned.
"What's funny?"
Abi lifted her head.
"You think I care about Hazel?"
Camilla's eyes narrowed.
Abi's voice turned cold.
"I hate her."
The room fell silent.
Camilla studied her carefully.
"Why?"
Abi scoffed.
"She's always ruined everything for me."
Camilla crossed her arms.
"Interesting."
Abi leaned forward slightly.
"If you want to hurt her… I can help you."
Now Camilla looked curious.
"And why would you do that?"
Abi's smile was dark.
"Because if Hazel disappears… Luca will finally be free."
Camilla's eyes lit up with realization.
"So you want him too."
Abi didn't deny it.
For a moment, the two women simply stared at each other.
Then Camilla smiled slowly.
"I like you."
Abi nodded toward the phone lying on the table.
"She'll come if I call her."
Camilla raised an eyebrow.
"You're sure?"
Abi smirked.
"She'd do anything for her big sister."

Later that night, Hazel sat quietly on Valeria's balcony.
The cool night air helped calm her restless thoughts.
Her phone suddenly rang.
She looked at the screen.
Abi.
Hazel frowned.
After everything that happened, she wasn't sure she wanted to answer.
But something in her heart told her to pick up.
"Hello?"
Abi's voice came through the phone, shaking.
"H-Hazel…"
Hazel immediately sat up.
"Abi? What's wrong?"
"They took me," Abi whispered.
Hazel's heart dropped.
"What?! Who took you?"
"I don't know," Abi cried. "Please… they said if you don't come, they'll hurt me."
Hazel stood up instantly.
"Where are you?"
Abi gave her the location.
"Hurry," she whispered before the call suddenly ended.
Hazel's hands trembled.
Valeria noticed her panic immediately.
"What happened?"
Hazel grabbed her bag.
"Abi's in trouble."
Valeria frowned.
"What kind of trouble?"
"She's been taken somewhere."
Valeria's instincts immediately flared.
Something about this felt wrong.
"Hazel, wait—"
But Hazel was already rushing toward the door.
"I have to go," she said desperately.
Valeria watched her leave, unease growing in her chest.
Deep down…
She had a terrible feeling that Hazel was walking straight into a trap.
