With Storm. I put my hands on my hips looking around like a disappointed mom or boss.
"Well"
I take a look around for a bit. Nothing here. I look down the mountain and I start walking down when somewhere else the fog or clouds or whatever opens up at another mountain, oh what the fuck is that? Oh hell no, nope, no, absolutely not. I walk back up the mountain and I sit at the top. I will not be dealing with that, is it cursed? No probably unholy. I take out a folding chair from my satchel and I sit back my butt down until whatever happens, happens. I start eating a full meal. I actually wanted to eat with kai at the castle but its a no go I guess. Using snow storm to st.... why is my soul core refilling? It normally only refills when someone dies. I try to summon a memory i may or may not have bribed sunless to make. I need to stop doing that, but i can't. Runes? Nope again. The sun comes up and a storm hits. The one next to me makes a distant bridge to another mountain. Weird, thats how this works. I wasn't listening when it it was explained. Oh. Its bugs. I don't quite bugs i must admit. Not my favorite animal i will admit that.
With Sun
"You knew this would happen?"
I'm going to murder this masked fool!
"Oh i suppose i did."
I stop pacing around as i loom over her
"Your the one who mentioned taking a look around, and the one who set the schedule"
I jab a finger at her
"So what was the point"
She sips her tea calmly
"Was it not mentioned to me that you wanted to know more about that corrupted titan? I gave directions to the best source."
I sit down heavily
"If storm is destroyed because of you i swear I can and will kill you"
She laughs
"I'm not foolish enough to think you won't disobey your creators orders. Now that odd sovereign, I believe he will go it bastion next. I would suggest sending someone who's good at dealing with the valor twins"
I think for a while then I sad a message, I'm quite sure who death will send
"Their not twins"
She blinks
"Their not?"
With Storm I tap the newly made bridge of ash. I guess it is at least a little connected to the two kings. Well here i go I guess. I walk across the bridge finally being able to analyze the mountain. Oh. Oh my. That is a lot of bugs. I promptly fall on my face. Ow. Why do I feel so weak? No i feel like a master again. Oh dear this will be hard. Not impossible but hard. I get up and I keep walking. I'm so happy I got the satchel, it has all the food I want in it. I may also have repossessed some of the mountain. Good building materials. Hm it appears that.... oh its sunless! Oh good he's here too! I can punch him in the face for pulling me into this. Okay that's the strategy he's going for? I guess I'll do the same. I turn to ice and I go into the mountain. The first bug attacks me, i dodge it with ease controlling the wind to stop the sensors from going off. Sunless appears from the shadows stabbing into it. I nod to him my hand moving to form letters in the shadows.
"I'll keep them from finding out. You kill them"
He nods
When we finally kill all the bugs one by one I start grabbing crystals, as well as moving the remaining crystals to us through the ice walls.
"What are you doing?"
I stop then I shrug
"Oh I almost forgot can you desummon your helmet for a second?"
He looks me up and down
"Yeah sure"
He desummons it, I walk over and I deck him in the face.
With Beast
"Death i am well aware of the current situation. Is there a possibility that"
I try not to make a face
"War can take this over? I will keep supplies coming"
They shake their head
"No i believe it to be smart to send war for the supplies instead. I intend to send war to aid the sovereign of shadows with dealing in bastion."
I sigh heavily
"I know but.... their a better military leader and I am more.... not them"
Death stays silent then sighs
"I understand but I believe this to be the best course of action at the moment."
With Storm I sit making arrows leaning on one of my chairs because this sovereign of shadows fellow can not make something comfortable to sit on for his life. Kai slowly walks over
"Want a chair"
He almost absent mindly nods i take out a chair that he takes and sits down next to me. After a bit I speak still crafting
"Something is wrong irs written all over you"
He sighs
"I don't want to burden you"
I suddenly point a arrow at him
"Do not and I mean this deprive me of listening to your problems. Friendship goes two ways num nuts. You listen to me and I listen to you"
He looks up from his lap
"I... thank you"
I wave the arrow
"Well?"
He sighs again
"Its just that, do I have to become a monster to become a sovereign?"
I shake my head
"No. Listen here, there's no part of becoming a sovereign that requires it. The world is what wants it, and God damn it to be a sovereign is to force your will on the world, make it kinder, even if the world doesn't want to be kind."
He blinks a few times a smile spreading across his face
"Thanks ■■■■"
I go back to making arrows.
"If you want to thank me so much help me make arrows"
He laughs a little
"Sure I'll help"
