Kiara's POV
The rain made the city look darker than usual.
Kiara leaned against the hood of her car, watching the empty road.
Mahati stood beside her, arms crossed.
"This is insane," Mahati said.
Kiara didn't reply.
Mahati continued.
"You think he'll actually come here?"
Kiara's voice was calm.
"He will."
Mahati studied her.
Something about Kiara had changed.
The hospital hallway.
The sight of Aarushi unconscious.
It had broken something inside her.
Or maybe awakened something.
"What exactly is the plan?" Mahati asked.
Kiara opened the car trunk.
Inside were ropes.
And a metal bat.
Mahati stared.
"Kiara..."
Kiara shut the trunk calmly.
"I'm not letting him disappear again."
Mahati swallowed.
She had known Kiara for years.
But this version of her...
Was different.
Darker.
Biker's POV
He shouldn't have come.
The moment he saw the empty road, he knew something was wrong.
Too quiet.
Too still.
Then the headlights turned on behind him.
And before he could react-
Pain exploded across his head.
Darkness swallowed everything.
When the biker woke up again...
He was tied to a chair.
And Kiara was standing in front of him.
