Chapter 8 - How And Why I Turned Into A Bad Girl_LoveBirds

"I want to ask you something, Cassius," Logan spoke up. They were having lunch at the same table with their three friends.

"What?" Cassius looked up through his cocktail glass.

"I heard your babe is still a virgin," He grinned, earning a sharp glare from Cassius.

"And how is that your business?" Dacio snapped.

"I'm not talking to you, fuck boy," Logan shot back.

"And who's the fuck boy here? I heard you dumped your girl and broke another girl's heart," Dacio said, grinning.

"I'm a heartbreaker. I don't love" Logan said coolly, turning to Cassius.

"Have you two… already…?" Logan asked, lowering his voice.

"Who?"

"Your girl," he clarified.

"Has it been a while since your ass got spanked?" Cassius glared at him.

"Don't remind me," Logan muttered, gulping. The last spanking from Cassius had been excruciating.

"I'll handle the spanking this time," Dacio grinned.

"Here comes your… pie," Logan said, just as Cassius's eyes landed on Mary entering through the café entrance. Immediately, his face brightened.

Dacio and Logan were surprised at the sudden change in his mood. Mary noticed his gaze and smiled, walking toward him.

"He really likes her," Dacio whispered to Logan, who scoffed.

"I doubt that."

"If you don't believe in love, others do," Dacio said, watching as Cassius and Mary moved toward each other, completely absorbed, not caring about the many eyes on them.

"What took you so long?" Cassius asked, gently tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"I was using the bathroom… sorry for keeping you waiting," Mary said, pouting as she looked into his eyes.

Cassius smiled.

"Are you hungry, cutie?" he asked softly. Mary nodded.

"I'm starving," she said, making a baby face and fluttering her lashes.

Cassius leaned closer, their faces inches apart. Mary swallowed nervously.

"What are you doing?" she whispered.

"I want to kiss you," he murmured. Mary's eyes widened as she glanced around,of course, everyone was watching. But she quickly returned her attention to him.

"No… you can't," she whispered, but the words faltered as his lips edged closer.

Just as Cassius was about to capture her lips, Logan cleared his throat.

"Find a room, dude. You're in a damn cafe."

Mary sighed in relief when Cassius pulled back slightly.

"I'll feed you," he said, ignoring Logan.

Mary tried to protest, but she couldn't. She watched, shamelessly, as Cassius fed her like she was his favorite.
