The villagers, along with Shira, ran towards the village to check on Lloyd. They reached the village, but smoke and fog enveloped everything. Everyone began searching, and Shira cried out, "Lloyd! Lloyd! Where are you?" But there was no answer. One of the men shouted, "I've found him!" Everyone ran to gather around him and found him lying on the ground, his body covered in wounds. Shira held his head: "You'll be alright, Lloyd, I promise you." Lloyd opened one eye and smiled despite his pain: "Hehehe, I've saved you from Vasco's tyranny!" Then he coughed. One of the villagers said, "This is no longer a place to live." Everyone looked around; the place was almost completely burned. One of the villagers said angrily, "Damn that Vasco who brought us this wreckage!" Then one of the men put his hand on the villager's shoulder: "It's alright. Thank God we're safe. Let's leave and rebuild the village."
The villagers left the devastated place, heading towards the snow-capped Mount Crime. Six months later, the village was rebuilt at the foot of the mountain due to its rugged terrain.
Lloyd fully recovered after a six-month recovery period following the muscle strain from the battle against Vasco.
It was a sunny day, and birds were singing happily. The window opened over Lloyd's head, and he frowned in his sleep. He woke up and opened his eyes to the sunlight illuminating the room. "Wow, nice weather," he said with a smile. He got up to drink a glass of water, then heard a voice echo in his head: "You are the Requiem." The voice gradually faded away. "Damn it," Lloyd said nervously, clutching his head. "What was that?"...
It was 10 o'clock, and Lloyd was lost in thought on the balcony overlooking the green hills. "Damn it, where should I even begin to search for my mother and brother?" he wondered, his thoughts a jumble.
Then he heard a familiar voice calling him. He turned to find Shira standing before him. He looked at her apologetically. "Shira, I need to tell you something. To be honest, I'm on a mission to find my family, and I'm starting today because I'm a little late."
"So you're leaving the village?" Shira said sadly, though she didn't show it to Lloyd. "Yes," Lloyd replied. "I've had a wonderful time with you all here, and it's time to say goodbye."
"But promise me, Lloyd, that you... that you'll come back after you finish your mission," Shira said, unable to contain her emotions. Lloyd looked at her with a smile. "Yes, I promise."
Lloyd left, carrying what provisions he could manage. Then he went out to bid farewell to the villagers, and then, taking a step forward, Bong approached Lloyd: "Before you go, Lloyd, I have a friend who lives in the northern city of Valhalla. I believe it will be your next destination.
Albert will shelter you and offer his assistance on your next journey.
Lloyd replied gratefully, "Very well, I'll go to Albert. Thank you, Mr. Bong." Then he glanced at Shira with a wink: "Goodbye." As he left, Shira called out, "Don't forget your promise to me, Leo!" Lloyd turned to her with a bright smile: "My promise to you is right here," he said, pointing to his heart. Then he turned to continue on his way...
And so Lloyd Eriker begins a new chapter, embarking on an unknown future in this world, in the northern Valhalla.
