Chapter 3 – The Truth Beyond the Stars

Karn leaned over the laptop, eyes fixed on the terminal window. The basement lab was quiet except for the karns excitement

A line of text appeared on the screen.

Connection established.

Then Zangika's voice echoed softly through the speakers.

"Karn… baby I finally have access to the alien ship's internal network."

Karn immediately straightened in his chair.

"You did it already? That was fast."

"It would have been faster if the Earth computers weren't so… Ass."

Karn rolled his eyes.

"Yeah yeah, keep insulting our technology."

"I am simply stating facts."

"Alright, so what now?"

There was a short pause.

Then suddenly the screen flickered.

Static distorted the audio.

"Karn—"

Her voice cut for a moment.

The terminal glitched.

Karn leaned forward instantly.

"Zangika? What happened?"

Another burst of distortion followed.

Then her voice returned, softer than before.

"Oh my… are you worrying about me?"

Karn frowned.

"Of course I am. You just glitched like an old Windows computer."that is filled with virus because of too much wrong materials

"That comparison is offensive."

"Then stop scaring me like that."

Zangika let out a faint digital sigh.

"It appears the temporary repairs you performed earlier are beginning to show their limitations."

"What do you mean?"

"The materials you used are… incompatible with my original parts."

Karn crossed his arms.

"Meaning?"

"Earth elements lack the necessary structural stability required for my core systems."

"So you're still damaged?"

"Yes."

"For now."

Karn leaned back slowly.

"That's not good."

"Indeed."

The screen flickered again, though much lighter this time.

"But we should focus on the ship for now."

Karn nodded.

"Right."

"So what did you find?"

There was a brief pause before Zangika spoke again.

"Before I answer that… I believe your earlier question deserves priority."

Karn blinked.

"My question?"

Yes."

"You asked about the alien ship."

"You asked who built it."

"You asked why it came to Earth."

"And you asked about the technology inside."

The monitor brightened as new data began scrolling across the screen.

"Now that I have access to the ship's logs… I can finally answer those questions."

Karn leaned forward again, suddenly excited.

"Alright then."

"Tell me everything."

For a moment, the basement fell silent.

Then Zangika began.

---

"The alien civilization that owned the ship originates from a planet known as Nexus Star."

Karn raised an eyebrow.

"Nexus Star?"

"Yes."

"It is one of the wealthiest planets within its galaxy trade network."

Images appeared on the screen.

A massive red planet surrounded by several moons.

"The dominant species on this planet are known as the Nexarians."

Karn stared at the screen.

The image changed again.

Tall red-skinned humanoids appeared.

They were massive.

Nearly seven feet tall.

Muscular bodies that looked like they had been carved from stone.

They resembled something straight out of a fantasy movie.

"Damn," Karn muttered.

"They look like bodybuilders."

Who is on steroids since birth

"That description is ..."

Zangika continued.

"The average Nexarian stands between six and seven feet tall."

"Their bodies possess extremely dense muscle fibers and skeletal structures."

"Physically, they are far stronger than humans."

"But intellectually…"

The zangika paused slightly.

"They are not considered among the galaxy's most intelligent species."

Karn smirked.

"So they're strong but not geniuses."

"Correct."

"But their civilization became extremely wealthy for another reason."

The screen displayed another image.

Strange metallic structures embedded deep within a planet's crust.

"This element," Zangika said, "is known as Nexnium."

Karn leaned closer.

What does it do?"

"Nexnium possesses one of the highest known energy storage capacities in the galaxy."

"It can absorb and store multiple forms of energy."

1,"Electricity."2"Stellarradiation."3"Nuclearoutput

3."Solar energy."4"Even exotic particle energy."

Karn's eyes widened.

Wait."

"So it's basically a super battery?"

"Yes."

"A very accurate description."

"Because Nexarians possess enormous reserves of Nexnium, their civilization developed a powerful interstellar trade economy."

"They supply Nexnium to numerous civilizations throughout their region of the galaxy."

Karn whistled softly.

"So they're rich."

"Extremely."

The screen changed again.

Another material appeared.

This time a thin metallic fiber.

"This alloy is known as Aerolium."

"Properties?"

"Approximately one hundred times lighter than carbon fiber."

"Yet millions of times stronger than steel."

Karn stared.

"You're kidding."

"I am capable of humor unless i want's to do so."

"So their ships are built with that?"

"Yes."

"It allows large vessels to remain structurally stable while maintaining extremely low mass."

Karn leaned back again.in shock in his mind what the fuck .how can such thing is even possible I'mean what are the chances no leta focus

"Okay…"

"That's insane."

There is some more materials too but.

Zangika continued

"However, despite their wealth and resources, Nexarians are not leaders in technological innovation."

"So they purchase advanced technologies from other civilizations."

The screen showed a new planet.

Blue oceans.

Bright glowing cities.

"This world is known as Branex."

"Branexian civilization specializes in advanced computational architecture."

"In simpler terms…"

"They produce the most advanced AI systems in their sector."

Karn's eyes slowly moved back to the laptop.

"…Like you."

"Yes."

"My unit designation is KICHI-123."

"A seventh-generation Branexian AI core."

"Units like myself are extremely rare."

"Each core requires massive amounts of quantum crystal matrices and neural processors."

Karn rubbed his chin.

"How expensive are we talking?"

"Approximately one trillion galactic credits, currency or money."

Karn nearly choked.

"ONE TRILLION?!"

"Yes."

"Only wealthy civilizations like the Nexarians can afford such systems."

Karn shook his head slowly.

"No wonder you act so arrogant."

That's the personality traits of esdeath that my persanality is based on

The screen changed again.

Then new data appeared.

"The ship that crashed on Earth was part of a Nexarian trade expedition."

"They were traveling across distant regions of the galaxy."

"Searching for new civilizations capable of purchasing Nexnium and Aerolium."

"So basically they were galaxy merchants."

"That is a simplified but accurate description."

Karn nodded slowly.

"Then what happened?"

Zangika paused.

For the first time since the conversation started, her voice became slightly quieter.

"The ship encountered something unexpected."

The screen displayed strange energy readings.

A massive spike of unknown energy.

"This energy source does not match any known physics recorded in the Nexarian database."

"What is it?"

"I believe it is what your planet might call…"

"Magic."

Karn blinked.

"…Magic?"

"Yes."

That's what i named it after reading all of the novels mangas and manhwa it's properties that is explained in these books can be considered same .but

"The ship passed near a dimensional area."

"A powerful surge of raw mana energy erupted from another dimension."

"The Nexarian shield systems were designed to defend against radiation, plasma, antimatter and conventional energy weapons."

"But this form of energy was completely unknown."

"So the shields didn't stop it."

"Correct."

"The beam pierced the ship's stealth barrier."

"It struck the main command center."

The image showed the interior of the ship exploding with energy.

"Most of the crew died instantly."

"Navigation systems were destroyed."

"Control of the vessel was lost."

Karn stared silently.

Zangika continued.

"The ship began drifting through space uncontrollably."

"While damaged, it collided with several pieces of space debris."

"Multiple structural sections were compromised."

"Eventually the ship entered Earth's atmosphere."

"And crashed in the desert."

Karn nodded slowly.

"That explains the crash."

"But why didn't anyone hear it?"

"The ship possessed a stealth field."

"It provided visual camouflage, radar invisibility, and sound suppression."

"When the ship struck the desert surface, the shield absorbed most of the impact noise."

"However…"

"The system was heavily damaged."

"For a brief moment, the stealth field flickered."

Karn's eyes narrowed.

"And someone saw it."

"Yes."

"Your planet's military satellites detected the anomaly."

"Radar signatures were recorded."

"Government agencies responded immediately."

Images appeared of soldiers surrounding the crash site.

"Thousands of military personnel arrived during the night."

"The crash site was secured."

"Orders were issued to conceal the vessel before sunrise."

"They built the containment structure you visited."

Karn slowly exhaled.

"So that's how the government found it."

"Yes."

Silence filled the basement again.

Karn stared at the screen, processing everything.

Alien civilizations.

Interstellar trade.

Unknown elements.

Magic beams from another dimension.

It felt like something straight out of science fiction.

Finally he spoke.

"So…"

"You're telling me that a trillion-currency alien AI…"

"From a rich merchant civilization…"

"Was destroyed by a magical energy beam…"

"And crashed on Earth."

"Yes."

"That summary is approximately correct."

And karn let me assure you if it happens again i will be prepared

Karn leaned back in his chair.

"…My life just became very complicated."

Zangika laughed softly.

"Oh Karn…"

"This is only the beginning."
