Emovere Ranking System (State Classification)
In the world of Emovere, both humans and Likha are classified using the same hierarchical system known as "States."
This system measures combat ability, threat level, and overall influence in battle.
Each State (except King) is divided into four tiers, used to determine progression and difficulty.
Tier System (General Rule)
Each State contains 4 tiers:
Tier 4 → Lowest
Tier 3 → Intermediate
Tier 2 → Advanced
Tier 1 → Peak of that State
Once an individual reaches Tier 1, they are eligible to advance to the next State.
Example:
A Baron Tier 1 can be promoted to Viscount Tier 4
Human (Emovere) Ranking
Baron State
Entry-level Emovere
Usually fresh graduates from the Hades Initiative
Assigned to:
Weak Likha extermination
Cave/nest clearing missions
Considered baseline fighters
Viscount State
More experienced combatants
Capable of handling mid-tier Likha threats
Expected to operate with less supervision
Count / Earl State
Also known as:
Captains
Instructors (Guro level)
Responsibilities:
Lead squads
Train new Emovere
Handle Baron–Viscount level threats consistently
Balance of skill, leadership, and experience
Marquis State
High-level fighters
Deployed in serious operations and high-risk missions
Considered part of the elite combat force
Duke State
A major jump in power from Marquis
Rare and difficult to achieve
Two ways to reach:
Possessing an exceptional/overpowered ability
Or through extreme effort and experience
Unofficial qualification:
Eliminating 500 Marquis Tier 1 Likha
Dukes are considered war-changing assets.
King State
Among the strongest known Emovere
Extremely rare
Capable of dominating large-scale battles
Unlike other States, King does NOT use the 4-tier system.
Instead, it uses two sub-levels:
Right Hand of the King → Higher level
Left Hand of the King → Lower level
These are not literal positions, but power indicators.
Both are above Duke, but still below a true King.
Emperor State
The highest known classification
Power cannot be properly measured or scaled
Only 15 individuals recorded in history
Their existence alone can:
Shift the balance of the world
Overwhelm entire nations
They are often viewed as beings beyond the system itself.
Likha Threat Classification
Likha are classified using the same State system as Emovere.
This allows both hunters and the Hades Initiative to quickly assess danger levels.
Example Threat Identification
A sinkhole opens near Manila.
A Likha emerges.
It is identified as:
Duke State – Tier 1 Threat
This means:
It is at the peak of Duke-level strength
Requires high-level Emovere (Duke or above) to handle
Considered a major threat event
Likha Tier System
Just like humans, Likha also follow:
Tier 4 → Weakest
Tier 1 → Strongest within that State
Example:
Viscount Tier 4 Likha → manageable by trained Viscount
Viscount Tier 1 Likha → dangerous even for higher Viscounts
System Purpose
The State and Tier system exists to:
Standardize combat evaluation
Assign appropriate missions and responsibilities
Prevent unnecessary deaths due to misjudged threats
