High in the frozen mountains, where snow never melted and the wind howled like ghosts, there was a legend about a mysterious creature called the Snow Werewolf.
People in the nearby village believed it appeared only during the coldest nights of winter. They said its fur was as white as fresh snow, its eyes glowed icy blue, and its footsteps made no sound on the frozen ground.
But the truth was different.
A 16-year-old boy named Arin lived alone in a small wooden cabin near the mountains. He loved the snow and spent most of his time exploring the forests. One night, during a powerful snowstorm, Arin found an injured white wolf trapped under fallen ice.
Don't worry," Arin whispered, helping the wolf. "I'll save you."
The wolf looked at him with strange glowing blue eyes.
As soon as Arin touched it, a burst of cold wind surrounded them. Snow swirled around his body, and suddenly the wolf disappeared. Arin collapsed in the snow.
When he woke up, the moon was high in the sky 🌙.
His hands had turned into claws. White fur covered his arms. His senses were sharper than ever—he could hear the wind miles away.
Arin had become the Snow Werewolf.
At first, he was afraid. But soon he realized the power wasn't a curse—it was a gift. He could run faster than the wind, jump across frozen cliffs, and protect the mountains from hunters and dangerous creatures.
From that night on, villagers sometimes saw a white shadow running across the snowy hills during storms. Instead of fear, they began to feel safe.
Because the Snow Werewolf wasn't.
