The second match was much harder.
Kael faced Aric, a lightning mage known for his incredible speed.
The battle started instantly.
Lightning bolts exploded across the arena.
Kael had to move constantly.
Shadow Step.
Again.
Again.
Aric laughed.
"You can't keep up forever!"
Kael finally raised his hand.
"Abyss Blade."
Dark energy cut through the lightning storm.
Aric's defense shattered.
Moments later the match was over.
Kael advanced again.
