[Satiety -50%, Experience +1000]
Nexus continued to move as he wondered where he should go. His last home was destroyed, and due to his wounds, he didn't feel very safe outside.
Even with the potion, it will take him a full two days to completely recover. Remembering Raymond, he felt a wave of anger and then helplessness.
After a while of thought, he understood why he didn't go for the kill; for him, it wasn't worth the effort. He attacked me because I was a lone beast without backing, and I survived because I was a lone beast with nothing to lose except my life.
Looking at his talent, which hadn't been triggered for so long, he decided to activate it. This was also a test he wanted to see if he could wish for certain things and if his talent would show fortune according to it.
So he thought of a safe dwelling in his head, and he focused his mind on his talent as it started to glow.

(Major)Minor Fortune: Travel forty kilometers to the north, and look for a smaller Winding Tree in the area. There are three Grass rabbit nests; dig into the nest and continue to dig 70 kilometers down. There you will find a large cave filled with metal and poison elements. There is a herd of Metal Hunters(Beast) resting [Considered a Minor Misfortune]. Kill them and continue deeper toward the direction where the metal element is the densest; your body will be damaged by the intense metal element in the surrounding [Considered a Minor Misfortune]. Inside, you will find a ten-thousand-year-old poison willow tree, perfect for the growth of a peak Beast Lord, and also a great item for evolution [Considered a Major Fortune]. (Note: due to the presence of so many misfortunes, it was downgraded by a rank.)
Minor Misfortune: Stay in your current area to recover in the night, you will be attacked by a pack of Forest Wolves, increasing your injury. You will survive.
(Great)Major Misfortune: Continue to stay on the surface of the Winding Forest at the end of the month. You will be affected by the battle between the Gale Winged Sub Dragon and Wind Chasing Tiger, with almost a ninety percent chance of death. There, you can also get the blood and scales of the Gale Winged Sub Dragon, a Blue Grade Bloodline [Considered a Major Fortune], and even its core[ Considered a Great Fortune], though the chance of its losing and its core surviving is near zero. (Due to the fortune one can get here, its rank was downgraded by one rank.)

Looking at the information provided by his talent, his eyes couldn't help but widen in shock. His talent seems to be stronger than he had thought. It can even see the future, he wondered if it's just white grade or if all other talents are also this strong.
Looking at the fortunes and misfortunes, a plan of action appeared in his mind, due to the poison lotus he had consumed, the lost satiety due to battle had already been filled.
He chose to ignore the wolves as he moved north; his speed was fast as he moved like a blur. After half an hour, he reached the area.
His gaze at his surroundings as he noticed the smallest winding tree, it was just ten meters smaller than the other trees in it's surrounding.
Looking at the bushes surrounding it, he dived headfirst. He saw a small rabbit burrow as he clawed his way in.
He saw a group of six green-furred rabbits looking at him with fear. He opened his mouth as a poisonous breath spread. All the rabbits died in an instant as he continued to dig.
Time started to pass, twenty kilometers inside the earth, and he stopped as he created a small pocket enough to fit him. A day had passed, so he chugged another mana potion. Closing the entrance, he closed his eyes and fell asleep.
Due to today's intense battle, his fatigued mind fell into a deep slumber; it would take him a few days to wake up.
Above in the ground on the western winding forest, a ten-meter-long greenish-blue snake was slithering through the forest, its stealth was activated as a thin layer of water surrounded its body, making it hard to detect.
It was Water Snake, one of the options that was presented to Nexus.
The aura of a Peak Beast was being suppressed by him as he looked at his prey in the distance, an injured Mud Crocodile, also of the peak beast rank.
He continued to watch the crocodile as it opened its mouth. Just as the crocodile burrowed its face inside the mud, he fired a ball of concentrated water, piercing through its scales, leaving a gaping wound in its body.
As if he predicted it, he moved his body as a hardened earth spike rose in the place he was before. Without a moment of waste, before the crocodile could adjust its body, he wrapped around it.
He opened his mouth and fired a water bullet at its head, smashing its brain. The crocodile's body fell limp as he started to drag it toward his nest.
He moved through a planned route as he didn't encounter any beast, dragging the crocodile with his he entered the lake. He moved toward the base of the lake and entered a cave.
"Another good harvest."
He muttered as he looked at his talent, which was starting to glow. This talent was the reason he was able to grow to this point.
The talent called Possibility Simulator, just as the name suggest it, can simulate the future possibility. Though due to being only a white grade, it can only simulate a day ahead.
Even so, it was very useful; he simulated his battle with this crocodile and his escape route, thus achieving a safe hunt.
"Let's explore deeper into the lake in this simulation."
He muttered to himself as he finished gobbling up the entire crocodile's body. He rested in his home and watched his future self.
Far in the distance, a large mountain peak pierced through the sky; it was the Gale Crossing Mountain Peak. A mountain peak in the same mountain range as Silver Peak Mountain, and today, its ruler was in a bad mood.
Atop the mountain, a giant body covered in pale green scales rested as it read through the information brought by its subordinate. Just looking at his angry face, one could tell that it wasn't a good piece of information.
Its fifty-meter-tall body stood up as he spread his hundred-meter-long wings, creating a small storm.
"RWRRRRRRRRRRR(You Tiger headed bastard!!!)"
At the base of the mountain, a deer was looking at the mountain peak as a smile appeared on its face. It kicked the ground as its body disappeared with a foggy appearance.
He was a Mirage Deer and also a player(Pervious Human), a top player in this region, and today's event was his doing.
