The purple Rinnegan swept across the devastated palace ruins created by Almighty Push.
Among the rubble lay the corpses of Luss officials and nobles.

Gar forced the words out through blood-stained lips.
"I never imagined that the king himself… would be such a powerful Devil Fruit user…"

Arthur's lips curved slightly into a playful smile.
He simply looked at Gar without offering any explanation.

The Rinnegan was something far beyond those flawed Devil Fruits.

Gar looked at Arthur.

Arthur smiled faintly.
Then he slowly raised his arm.
Whoosh.
Under the influence of gravity, Gar's already broken body suddenly lifted into the air.

"…isn't something you need to worry about."
Arthur's arm swung downward.
BOOM!
Gar's body slammed into the ground like a falling meteor.
Stone fragments exploded outward.
A deep crater formed where he landed.

Was dead.

Arthur glanced coldly at Gar's corpse.
"White Fang."
"Your Majesty."
White Fang immediately appeared beside him, kneeling respectfully.
"Hang his body in the central plaza."
"Let everyone see clearly that the Kingdom of Luss has been conquered by Zephir."
"Also send scouts to watch the surrounding seas."
"If the Marines appear…"
"Report to me immediately."
"Yes, Your Majesty."
White Fang responded.
He lifted Gar's corpse and vanished like an arrow toward the plaza.
Arthur looked toward the deeper parts of the palace ruins.
"Well then…"
"Before the Marines arrive…"
"Let's take a stroll through the palace of Luss."

He stepped forward, walking calmly toward the other sections of the royal palace.
