"Director… you need to see this." The director stepped closer. The energy levels on the screen were rising rapidly. Higher than a B-Rank monster. Higher than most hunters. The director frowned. "Who's inside that dungeon?" The analyst checked the raid list. Then his eyes widened. "...An E-Rank hunter." The director stared at the screen. "...Impossible."
Back in the Dungeon
Kai closed the system window. The dungeon boss was gone. The ogres that survived earlier had already fled into the canyon. The raid team stood silently around him. No one knew what to say. Kai simply turned toward the dungeon gate. "Looks like the raid is over." And behind him—the massive Shadow Warlord followed silently. The legend of the Abyss Hunter had just begun.
