Chapter 22 - You are the minister of agriculture of our Black Rock Tribe

"Tell me, what do you need me to do?"

Eliza's eyes sparkled as she turned around and looked up at Wu Liang's face.

"Remember what I told you before about farming?"

Eliza nodded.

"Of course."

When Wu Liang first mentioned it to her, she thought it was a fantasy.

But later, when she saw with her own eyes those few wheat grains she had planted actually sprout and grow green seedlings...

That shock was still fresh in her memory.

"Before, I just had you try it out."

Wu Liang leaned close to Eliza's ear and whispered softly, his breath warm:

"Now, we're going to do something big."

"Don't move, and don't be nervous. I'm going to instill some new things into you now!"

Eliza's nerves tensed, and even her breathing slowed down.

She waited quietly for the man behind her to make his move.

This man had always stood behind her, supporting her.

Eliza was now full of trust for Wu Liang.

A thought flashed through Wu Liang's mind.

[Ding! Do you want to share Basic Agricultural Technology with the target, Eliza?]

"Yes."

The next second, Eliza felt a buzzing in her head, as if countless pieces of information were being injected into her.

Knowledge about soil, knowledge about seeds, how to reclaim land, how to sow, how to water, how to fertilize... knowledge she had never heard of, or even imagined, played clearly in her mind like movie scenes.

From the most basic land reclamation and seed breeding to livestock domestication... it was simply a brand-new world slowly unfolding before her.

"So much..."

"This... what is this..."

"Wu Liang, something suddenly rushed into my head!"

Eliza looked slightly panicked, holding her head, her beautiful eyes filled with shock and disbelief.

"This is all knowledge about agriculture. Take your time to digest it,"

Wu Liang explained.

"This... what kind of magic is this?"

Eliza could feel that this knowledge didn't appear out of thin air.

It was transmitted into her brain through Wu Liang's body.

"How does it feel?"

Wu Liang held her and could clearly feel her body trembling.

"I... I..."

Eliza was so excited she was incoherent.

"I seem to... understand everything."

"Such miraculous knowledge. I know how to make the land fertile and when to plant the seeds."

"Wu Liang, where did you learn all this? You can even make those wild bulls and sheep as obedient as puppies!"

"Hahaha, that's a secret. I'll tell you later."

Mwah!

Wu Liang kissed her on the cheek as a reward.

"This is what I want you to do next."

"Eliza, I want you to lead the women of our Tribe to reclaim a large area of farmland and plant it with grain and vegetables."

"Then go and tame those wild beasts, let them become our livestock, and provide us with meat and milk."

Wu Liang's words undoubtedly painted a beautiful picture.

Eliza's breathing became rapid. If all this could be achieved, it would be enough to change the fate of the entire Tribe!

At the thought of the future, where the Tribe would have endless grain to eat and endless milk to drink...

Eliza's heart was filled with excitement and pride at this moment.

"Come with me!"

Wu Liang pulled Eliza to the Blacksmiths Workshop and opened a warehouse next to it.

Inside the warehouse, several brand-new iron tools were neatly arranged.

It was a very strangely shaped tool, with a V-shaped sharp iron blade in front and a long wooden handle attached to the back.

"This is?"

Eliza looked at these things curiously.

"This is called a plow, specifically used for reclaiming wasteland."

Wu Liang picked one up and weighed it.

"With this, the efficiency of tilling the ground is dozens of times higher than using a stone hoe."

"Have those women from the Bloodfang Tribe catch some strong wild bulls to pull them, and it won't take long to reclaim a large area of land."

In addition to plows, there were also some iron hoes and shovels in the warehouse.

These were all things Wu Liang had taken the time to draw blueprints for over the past few days, having Kaila lead people to rush their production.

Eliza looked at these iron farming tools gleaming with a dark light.

Recalling the farming knowledge again, she felt her whole body filled with strength.

"Wu Liang, I..."

An unusual light flickered in Eliza's eyes.

"I seem to have found something... more meaningful than being a priestess."

Before, as the High Priestess, she provided spiritual comfort to the tribespeople through prayers and rituals.

But now, Wu Liang had given her a power that could truly fill the tribespeople's stomachs.

This tangible power that could change the lives of the tribespeople.

It gave her an unprecedented sense of satisfaction.

"You were always extraordinary."

Wu Liang stroked her long hair and said softly:

"You were born for agriculture. You are my Goddess of Harvest."

Goddess of Harvest... Eliza's heart jolted, and her cheeks burned.

Wu Liang always had a way of hitting her softest spot.

"From today on, you are the minister of agriculture of our Black Rock Tribe. The Tribe's granary is in your hands."

Wu Liang took her hand.

He took a heavy bag of wheat seeds from the system and placed it in Eliza's hand.

"minister of agriculture..."

Eliza murmured this novel term.

A heavy sense of responsibility and mission arose spontaneously.

"Good! I definitely won't let you down!"

Wu Liang smiled with satisfaction, seeing her high-spirited look.

Spiritual conquest is sometimes more effective than physical possession in making a woman truly devoted.

Early the next morning, some of the Tribe's women were gathered by Eliza in a large open space within the Tribe.

At the same time, over a hundred captives from the Bloodfang Tribe were escorted over.

These captives were all dejected, not knowing what kind of torture awaited them.

Eliza stood on a piece of high ground. Behind her were dozens of brand-new iron plows and iron hoes, glinting coldly in the morning light.

Today, she had changed into clothes that were easy to move in, outlining her enchanting figure perfectly.

"Sisters!"

Eliza shouted, her voice carrying across the entire field.

"Today, we gather here to do something greater than winning a war!"

The women whispered among themselves, wondering what the High Priestess was talking about.

"From today on, we will use our own hands to grow our own food on this land!"

Eliza pointed to the vast wilderness beneath her feet, her voice impassioned.

"We will reclaim farmland that belongs to our Black Rock Tribe!"

"We will make this wasteland full of golden waves of wheat and endless fruits and vegetables!"

"We will never worry about food again!"

The women were stunned.

Grow food?

Many of them had followed Eliza to witness the growth of wheat seedlings, but that was only a small-scale experiment.

Now, they were going to do it on a large scale?

Could this work?

"I know what you are doubting."

Eliza saw what everyone was thinking.

"You are thinking, by ourselves, when will we ever be able to reclaim such a large piece of land?"

"Don't worry, Lord Wu Liang has already prepared miraculous tools for us!"

With a wave of her hand, the Female Warriors behind her immediately brought out those iron plows and displayed them before everyone.

"This is an iron plow!"

"With it, the speed of tilling the ground is dozens of times faster than using your stone hoes!"

Eliza then pointed to the captives of the Bloodfang Tribe.

"You all, pick up these iron plows and start working!"
