Jay-Jay's POV
Lunch break was supposed to be peaceful.
Supposed to.
But apparently Keifer Watson returned from London with zero shame left.
I was literally eating quietly with Rakki and Mica when Drew suddenly ran into the cafeteria dramatically.
"GUYS."
Rakki blinked. "Why do you look traumatized?"
"Because Watson is insane."
Mica immediately looked interested. "What did he do now?"
Before Drew could answer—
The entire cafeteria suddenly became louder.
Students whispering.
Girls looking toward the entrance.
Some boys laughing already.
And honestly?
I already knew.
Slowly, I turned my head toward the cafeteria entrance—
And there he was.
Keifer Watson.
School uniform.
Black leather jacket.
Hands inside his pockets.
Walking into the cafeteria like he owned the entire building.
Behind him were Yuri, David, Eman, Cin, Felix, Rory, Edrix, Josh, Drew, and the others looking way too entertained already.
"Oh no," I whispered immediately.
Rakki looked confused. "Why are you scared?"
"Because he's smiling."
"That's bad?"
"For me? Yes."
The second Keifer spotted me sitting at the table—
That stupid smirk appeared again.
Absolutely not.
I immediately looked back down at my food pretending he didn't exist.
Maybe if I ignored him hard enough, he would disappear.
Unfortunately…
Life hated me.
A few seconds later, somebody pulled the chair beside me.
Then sat down.
Too close.
Way too close.
"You're avoiding me again."
I closed my eyes slowly.
"Please leave me alone."
"No."
Rakki looked between us like she was watching a drama series live.
Meanwhile Mica was literally trying not to laugh.
Keifer casually stole fries from my tray while acting completely relaxed.
"Hey!"
"You weren't eating them."
"That doesn't mean you can take them!"
"I bought you food before."
"That was before!"
The boys behind him immediately reacted loudly.
"OHHHH."
"HE GOT HER THERE."
"WATSON DON'T DIE TODAY."
Keifer looked completely calm while eating another fry.
Honestly?
Insane behavior.
Actual insane behavior.
I glared at him immediately. "What happened to you in London?"
"Missed you too much."
My brain literally stopped working for two seconds.
Meanwhile the boys LOST THEIR MINDS.
"BROOOOO."
"HE DOESN'T CARE ANYMORE."
"THIS MAN IS CRAZY."
Even Yuri looked tired now.
I quickly looked away before Keifer could notice my face heating up again.
But obviously—
Too late.
"You're blushing."
"I am not."
"You are."
"I hate you."
"No you don't."
That answer came way too fast.
Confident.
Certain.
Like he already knew.
And honestly?
That confidence was making me nervous.
Very nervous.
