Walking towards the upper deck above Founders Seek, Semya can smell the salty and fresh air above, something he hasn't smelled in a long time, and had a sudden feeling of relief and excitement from this feeling he couldn't understand before. As Semya took his first step onto the main deck of the ship a sword was immediately pointed towards Semya, but is quickly to stand ground in front of his attacker, and sees a female pirate member with her hair tied and wearing a bandana covering the top of her hair as her clothes were simple tunics but had many accessories covering her tunic with a belt, and a shoulder strap as he can see there was a large gun hanging on her back. However Semya almost forgot he was being threatened by the one pointing the sword and Captain Moed standing by her side.
"Now, now Sally you should be this hostile to friend here"
"What do you mean 'friend,' he's not a friend he's a stowaway"
Captain Moed gently places a finger onto the blade slowly lowering it down as he looked at her. "Sally, you don't want to disappoint the crew, do you," Sally looked at the others, she tisk annoyed then lower her sword in distress then walks away from the others "Semya are you alright" Semya nods in gratitude "okay thank goodness, you have to forgive Sally, she's our marksman, and has a feisty temper"
"I'll be sure to remember that"
"Scorn Shot's her name, but I think you be great pals with her" Captain Moed begins to introduce the other crew member who helped serve the Founders Seek for the better but more about its key members.
He first pointed to the man who is big and large, and seemed to be eating an apple, the large pirate seemed to be wearing a bandage covering around his bald head, as he is also has a chained necklace around his neck, and is wearing everything a pirate should wear, but was wearing sandals. "since you've already met Luughead our muscle, and Sally our sharpshooter. How about I introduce myself to the others."
Captain Moed then leads Semya towards the lower deck in the Founders Seek and meets the craftsman twins Topp Cyn, and Paze Cyn they help keep the ship fixed and well kept if the crew are not around the ship while looking for treasure or at another settlement "greeting my friends"
They both got his attention as they stood up and waved at the Captain, the twins seemed to be wearing the same thing though Semya himself couldn't find out who is who. Since almost everything identical, from their scruffy and tied hair, to their beards and moustaches, even their clothes were the same, but something did catches his attention, one of them is wearing a peg leg, and the other one was blinded with one eye, but had piercings on his ears. But Semya still couldn't tell who's who.
"Captain, so what brings you down here, do you need our help?"
Paze suddenly smacked his brother in the back on his head "Topp, can't you see that he has a guest"
Topp rolled his eyes and stared at his brother "oh sorry, a least I don't, have a screws loose"
"Oh, why I oughta-"
Captain Moed cuts them both off "now, you two, it appears our guest here needs a change of clothes" Semya looks at the captain feeling confused "yes captain. You come with us"
Semya follows the twins and is given a change of clothes and a bucket of fresh water to clean himself while the twins wait at a distance for Semya to finish cleaning himself. Putting on new set clothes and looking more like a pirate, Semya
"Way a go Semya looking like being a part of the crew" Captain Moed clapped
"You really mean that?"
"Of course like I said. This crew is full of misfits like you" feeling great gratitude that of a nobody like him would get accepted by anyone. Suddenly the ship begins to quake and they soon hear cannonballs being fired quickly Semya, the twins, and Captain Moed go towards the upper deck and see another pirate ship attacking the Founders Seeks.
"Whats going on?" Semya is quickly escalated by the sheer assault by another ship
"So it's another Piracy act"
"I'm sorry, a what?!"
"You're new to this," the twins will quickly explain.
"I need to command my crew, Topp, Paze protect Semya" the twins staying by Semya's side as they begin to watch how Captain Moed commands his crew first telling them to turn the sails and needing Sally to take aim first as their markswomen firing at the enemy ship aiming her gun at the right length then firing her shots able to ripe the fabric on the sails from the enemy ships "alright Captain their sails are damage" she called out,
Captain Moed smiled "good work Sally, Luughead move the sails"
"Aye, aye Captain" Luughead moving the sail with all his might pointing towards the direction of the wind current towards the enemy ship.
"Alright everyone load the cannons and ready to fire on my mark" one the ship if pointed towards the right direction to retaliate against the enemy ship "and fire!" Firing the cannonballs towards the enemy ship breaking the interior making the enemy ship both unable to move and is slowly sinking "alright we're done here. Let's get on course crew"
"Aye aye Captain!" All the crew members say in respect towards captain Moed.
Semya was amazed by how easily Captain Moed commanded his crew with ease "hey Topp looks our friend here enjoy the show quite well"
Paze chuckled "well of course brother, Captain Moed is the only one who can have such spectacular calculation with situations like this."
On top of crows nest Sally swings down from the rope landing next to Semya, Topp and Paze "Heh look likes the hawk has landed" Topp chuckled
Sally ignored the insult and looked at them all with a stubborn look "where were you two, we could've used more power"
Paze shook his head "sorry Miss Sally, but we were ordered by the Captain to stay aside for now, beside our friend here"
Sally then looks at Semya in complete disbelief, as he feels a shiver down his spine by Sally's eyes of daggers stabbing his soul "the stowaway. You better stay out of my way if you want a barrel between your eyes"
"Hah looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the nest" Topp laughs at his own joke and is followed by Paze. "Hah you said it. But would it be she'd be ruffled and puffled" the two begin to laugh proudly and Sally feeling angered by them kicks Topp in between the legs, and punches Paze in the face both fall to the ground groaning in pain.
Then she looked at Semya as he stood there frozen, expecting to be hit worse than what he did to the others. But she walks forward, purposely bumping her shoulder on Semya pushing him away from Sally before walking away leaving Semya with the twins taking heavy damage. Captain Moed comes back to check on the three only to witness Topp and Paze on the ground groaning in pain and Semya in the middle between them Captain Moed laughs as he knows what happened to them.
"I guess Sally, gave you boys a good walloping beat down" Captain Moed then looks at Luughead, he sees this and knows what he needs to do, carrying the twins to the infirmary and lead Semya to where he can sleep.
"It's not much but I do care for the wellbeing of my crew. I want them all to have a good sleep, now go on we'll being working by next light" Captain Moed leaves them as Semya walked into the room, can smell a bit of the stench around the room, though smells surprisingly clean for now.
Later the light soon to dim and night once began Semya tired to lay down trying to get some sleep but couldn't due to the ship rocking constantly. Not to mention the constant snoring of the other crew members, and the salty watering waves moving the ship. Can't sleep he rose himself off the bed, Semya decided to go outside, he carefully maneuvered everybody sleeping, though accidentally falling onto one of the crewmates he was lucky to fall onto a heavy sleeper. Semya sighed and continued till he was out of the room and slowly made his way onto the deck trying to get some air. But as he got onto the main deck he saw Sally practicing her skills on some target dummy, and tried to take a closer look but couldn't.
"I know your there stowaway"
Semya was surprised he was found out so easily "h-how did you know I was here"
"Oh I don't know, perhaps I heard the creaking of the boards , or was it you giant claw scraping onto the wooden boards"
Semya looked at his grotesque arm "well if you put it like that then..."
Sally sigh in annoyance "hey even if your older than me, I still have many experiences to take you down you hear me"
Semya nods his head in fear, Sally smirked "good then when first light begins, I be the one to train you, understand."
Semya nodded again out of fear, then Sally unsheathe her sword and walks back towards the room to sleep and then Semya went back to the room as he waits to the sun to rise again, to then start his way of being a pirate.
